MAY? And we are just now hearing about it.
So sorry for your wife’s troubles.
80 days til oct 5 Scotus fall session begins. Doubtful RBG makes it. I think the announcement was her swan song.
POWERNAKED POWER..
“When it comes back it usually comes hard and fast.”
Yes, that’s been my observation.
Ruth is campaigning
This announcment is a desperate signal to the Demprogs
that they reallly need to elect Joe Senile. She will not survive for another 4 year term of President Trump.
Sorry, at first glance I thought your handle is
White Liver Matters,
and I thought how apropos.....
Oops, repeating myself, a sort of double post!
If she has been working from home, maybe her clerks have been doing all her work.
Maybe there will be a statue of her put up.
God will show her the evil of her ways, but she will never see it for herself.
Prayers up for her recovery, provided it leads to retirement.__________________________________
When people are terminal, it can be callous to say: I hope you recover. Most times, they won’t recover. A better way is to
offer kind words.
I give RBG credit, she is one tough broad. Keep on RBG fight on.
Actually it won’t matter. Once the Dems can get both the White House and Senate, they will expand the number of justices to pack the court.
We will soon see if the American people are willing to vote away their freedom for a mess of Biden pottage.
My wife had pancreatic cancer.

I’m sorry. When did she die? Tell us something about her.
Totally incapable of performing her duties....needs to be retired and replaced.
Same with Nancy Pelosi, Dianne Feinstein, and all the government geezers that just can’t seem to quit.
They can’t stand the thought of not having POWER anymore, and of people not whispering “ooh, there’s the senator”, or “ohh, there’s Representative Pelosi” when they walk into the country club dining room back home.
Of course, if their families dislike them as much as I do, their families may not want them around all the time and would rather they never retire.
Just more evidence of judicial political bias... when you have to hold your seat at all costs until there is a president and Senate that shares your bias.
She was a close friend of Antonin Scalia...can't be all bad !
“It would be fun to discuss with her what she and I did in this life over some peach cobbler at the heaven cafeteria.”
Discuss where?
