Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan is portraying the takeover of several blocks in Seattle as like a "Summer of Love" block party by a bunch of peace-loving laid back hippies. In stark contrast, Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best has presented a very different picture of what is actually going on.

The problem is, you can’t even get good people to run, who are willing to put up with all the BS out there.
The voters here are so flippin’ stupid it’s unreal. I live about 25 minutes outside of Seattle and in a different county. Eventually, I hope to buy some land in Eastern WA and retire there, but it’s a long way off.
