Yup, it’s all bullshiite. Just read several studies showing the virus is practically never transmitted outdoors.
And a couple pieces that state flat out it’s a fact that virus transmission—ALL VIRUSES—require a big enough dose transferred to a person before they get truly sick. A little bit won’t hurt you, and in fact triggers the immune system to make antibodies, and after a short while, you become much more resistant, if not immune. This is a FACT, not speculation.
Meaning, you need time, proximity, and confined airspace to get a big dose. Take away any of those 3, and you either won’t get it, or if you so, you will be asymptomatic.
Outdoors is fine!!! No mask needed, no friken 6 foot rule. Just keep conversations under 6 minutes. Even if someone is sick. I’ll find an article on it, post it later.
“Social distancing”...I despise that term. A truly socialist confection. A euphemism for shunning.
Actually they did talk about it. They didn’t label it that. But they were very much: don’t go out if you’re sick or may have been exposed, give space, wash your hands. All that. They just didn’t have a meme for it. And it is actually sound advice. Proximity helps viruses spread.

Moreover this “required masking” is FOOLISH & DANGEROUS NONSENSE given the FACT that virtually all the masks that are worn by non-medical persons are NOT helpful in preventing the spread of viruses (though they will prevent certain bacteria & particulate matter that is in the air) & give the wear a FALSE SENSE OF BEING PROTECTED.
IMO, it is long PAST TIME to end the current situation, QUARANTINE the obviously sick & let every healthy person go back to work.

Social distancing encompasses a lot of things.
Most of which are known to slow the progression of infectious disease. Whether it is and was an appropriate response to this ‘rona virus is a subject of great debate.

Customary action in a pandemic is to quarantine the sick.
If you have an illness where people appear well but can spread the disease you don’t have much choice except to stay away from everyone initially.

In previous annual flu seasons there always was a “flu shot” people could get, but were not mandated to get, and nobody had any idea as to whether they worked. In my own personal experience the only year I got the shot, I got the flu. I have refused every year since to get the shot relying on my God given immune system to protect me. It did. No shots. No social distancing.
In the past, flu seasons have run their course and some people died. This virus may yet cause a greater number of fatalities but not anywhere near the model derived numbers that were originally publicized. When the effects of the “political solutions” are balanced against the economic and social costs the “political solutions” are abject failures just like every other government inspired program.
I demand a double blind study to see if social distancing really works before I will adhere to it. What is good for hcq is good for their recommendations also.

Went to Home Despot today. They made me wear a mask, and wait in line 6 feet from everyone else to get into the store, and to use the self checkout. At the self checkout, I grabbed the same scanning gun that everyone else before me had used, without it being sterilized, and used the same touch screen, with the same level of sterilization. What a f%%%ing joke.
