In the Times latest attempt to talk down chloroquine, the journalists' ill-will to President Trump is on steroids. The article, entitled Trumps Aggressive Advocacy of Malaria Drug for Treating Coronavirus Divides Medical Community, hauls out all of the usual critiques, including Dr. Faucis urging caution, Dr. Vladimir Zelenkos being a hit on conservative media, the fact that Zelenko was born in Ukraine, and the Zelenko-Giuliani connection (cue the ominous music).
Those criticisms, though, are getting stale, so this time around, the Times threw in something new: It hinted that Trump and his cronies are about to get rich off of hydroxychloroquine.

Throw it against the wall. Maybe it will stick.
The New York Times can investigate doctors who have a stake in the meds they prescribe...on a regular basis...to patients who dont need the med
The Trump press conferences are Trump telling the media one by one to get off it.
Most of us enjoy watching. We are done with their taking this country apart for their political boss
Empty hotels are great for business.
By "Gates" it means the father of Bill Gates. The tall balding guy with white hair, in the back row between Turner and Soros in the top photo, and the guy with the glasses behind Fuci in the bottom photo.
Its Bill Gates who is going to get rich off the vaccines hes pushing. Will you go after Gates for that, NYT?
The Dims and their sycophants in the media are panicking:
The election is less than 7 months away.
They’re stuck with Slow Joe.
The clock is ticking.
Tick. Tick. Tick.
These types of fake get Trump stories tend to wipe out Democrats.
This crap started yesterday morning with Mika and Joe on MSLSD.
Pathetic.
I delight in watching him humiliate the press. No one has ever pushed back like this. Bout time
So Trump has a financial stake in chloroquine, which has been around for ~60 years. But Fauci has no financial stake in the upcoming vaccine. Riiiiight.
Empty hotels are great for business.

Saw one estimate a few weeks ago that the Trump companies are losing $1M/day.
No idea how inaccurate that may be. Sounds lowball, though.
This is how far the NYT has fallen - taking its cue from Mika and Joe. Pathetic is too nice of a word.
I play just a bit of it with te home for the flu college kids around her. They hug and roll their eyes. I dont react. I let it sink in. They know hes right. Because he is and because hes convinced he is.
Joe Scarborough tried the same thing. It didn’t make sense for him either.
Shower thoughts:
Why hasnt President Trump invoked the Defense Production Act to force the New York Times and Washington Post to convert their facilities to produce toilet paper?
Really? Is that why the President has declined accepting a salary?
Generic drug. Made by dozens of companies.
More likely that legislators with big pharma investments would benefit from withholding this treatment.
The patent on HCQ us long gone, it is dirt cheap, almost like buying ibuprofen or acetaminophen. So how is Trump going to make money here? I suspect a level of economic thought from this reporter similar to the South Park underpants gnomes.
