Donald Trump has referred to the coronavirus as the Chinese virus, escalating a deepening US-China diplomatic spat over the outbreak.
After giving an address on Monday warning of a possible recession, the US president posted on Twitter: The United States will be powerfully supporting those industries, like Airlines and others, that are particularly affected by the Chinese Virus. We will be stronger than ever before!
Chinese officials reacted angry on the latest remarks made by President Trump and our mainstream media and liberals joined forces with them.
But it seems that America is changing a lot after the Chinese Virus.
Panic gun buying is taking place in strict gun control states, lines are building outside Gun stores. The latest video we have comes from California: https://twitter.com/AmyMek/status/1239852040227979269?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1239852040227979269&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fconservativeus.com%2Fvideo-fear-from-the-chinese-virus-causes-panic-gun-buying-in-liberal-states-lines-are-building-outside-gun-stores%2F
Sales of guns and ammunition are soaring across the US as fears of possible social unrest amid the coronavirus crisis are prompting some Americans to turn to firearms as a form of self-protection.
On the west coast, long lines of customers were queueing up outside gun stores to stock up on deadly materials. At the Martin B Retting gun shop in Culver City, California, the queues stretched round the block throughout the weekend.
One customer told the LA Times: Politicians and anti-gun people have been telling us for the longest time that we dont need guns. But right now, a lot of people are truly scared, and they can make that decision themselves.
As Los Angeles Magazine reported toilet paper and hand sanitizer arent the only commodities that Los Angelenos are panic buying to cope with coronavirus fears.
All across Los Angeles, from Culver City to Burbank, gun sales are booming. Long before compulsory social distancing became a reality in California, gun stores were already selling out of ammo and staying open late to accommodate a panic-driven run on their wares. According to gun shop personnel, most of the rise in demand is being driven by first-time buyers, including many who have never fired a gun.
At Gun World in Burbank on Sunday morning, there were 40 customers waiting in line on the sidewalk when the shop opened at 11 a.m. Two hours later, the manager was already turning customers away. Gun purchases in California are slowed by paperworkfrom gun registration to a written gun testwhich kept customers waiting around for hours after money had changed hands. Gun and ammunition dealers said they have seen an influx of customers with similar concerns in recent weeks, creating a spike in sales as coronavirus anxiety spreads. Reports of firearms and survival gear flying off the shelves have been widespread, including in California, New York, Washington State, Alabama and Ohio. These leftists are going to be shocked when they realize they have to wait 10 business days before they can take their gun home.

Politicians and anti-gun people have been telling us for the longest time that we dont need guns. But right now, a lot of people are truly scared, and they can make that decision themselves."
The wise made such decisions for themselves a long time ago.
People should start red-flagging them.
The wise stocked up on such things years ago.
Back in 2002, a house guest, a West Coast "Liberal," upon learning that we have guns in our home, said this: "Oh! I think such things are best left to the police!"
My wife replied: "Out here in the Middle of Nowhere? I don't think so."
Not just liberal states.
Gun buying is up elsewhere, too.
I like it.
How do you suppose one makes conservatives out of liberals? Like many other things, rights strengthen with use.
Grandpa’s Dbl.
Yup.
My "liberal" relatives in California are blaming Trump for everything (as usual). They're angry that he's keeping them from leaving their homes--and everything else they can think of. Such delusional, irrational, un-pragmatic thinking is in itself dangerous, but that's not all.
I'm not particularly worried about the virus, which evidently is highly communicable but has a low mortality rate, but I am very worried about the panic--and also the economy.
Trump's right: when the virus threat subsides, the economy will come roaring back with unprecedented energy and to unprecedented heights, but until then, large numbers of people could be out of work, suddenly impoverished, and desperate.
If supplies become short and people become desperate, and civil unrest could follow.
The hoarding is a means of staying holed-up in one's home. That's why there's a run on such things as toilet paper.
I do not want to add to the panic--so I hesitate to make this observation--but the US population is sharply divided along political/cultural lines. If civil unrest should reach a certain point, the declaration of martial law could become necessary; however, that in itself could exacerbate the political/cultural division.
I'm sure that President Trump and his advisors have already considered this and planned whatever pre-emptive action is possible.
Any thoughts?
Checked my carry weapon and ammo and started carrying my spare mag again...
Can’t tell ya. Haven’t seen it happen too often.
But your point is certainly a good one.
Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said Tuesday the Trump administration is working with Congress on a plan that would send checks to Americans in an effort to blunt the coronavirus pandemics effect on the economy.
We are looking at sending checks to Americans immediately, Mnuchin told reporters. Americans need cash now and the president wants to get cash now. And I mean now, in the next two weeks.
We want to make sure Americans get money in their pockets quickly, Mnuchin said at a White House briefing on the virus. We want to make sure small business owners have access to the funds. We want to make sure airlines, hotels. We have an entire package.
