China and South Korea seem to have stopped the curve through. And they've done that with very extensive testing; very vigorous contact tracing; attacking and isolating every case; quarantine; and social distancing.
Michigan closed k-12 schools, bars, restaurants (except for window service), libraries, mental health clinics and Banks only do drive through.
