With the 9th circuit constantly trying to remove President Trump executing orders. Well, this is where it’s good to have the Supreme Court on your side!
For far too long the 9th Circuit has been dominated by liberal justices appointed by presidents from the Democratic Party.
The 9th Circuit has undergone a massive overhaul under the Trump administration.
“The 9th Circuit includes 13 district courts, presided over by a total of 112 judges. The Circuit Court of Appeals, in turn, has 29 justices, meaning that 15 constitute a majority,” PJ Media added. A’s of November, President Trump had appointed eight new justices to vacancies on the Circuit Court.”

In few places has the effect been felt more powerfully than in the sprawling 9th Circuit, which covers California and eight other states.
Because of Trump’s success in filling vacancies, the San Francisco-based circuit, long dominated by Democratic appointees, has suddenly shifted to the right, with an even more pronounced tilt expected in the years ahead.
Trump has now named 10 judges to the 9th Circuit — more than one-third of its active judges — compared with seven appointed by President Obama over eight years. “Trump has effectively flipped the circuit,” said 9th Circuit Judge Milan D. Smith Jr., an appointee of President George W. Bush.
Democratic appointees still make up the majority of active judges — 16 to 13. But the court also has judges on “senior status” who continue to sit on panels that decide cases. Senior status rank gives judges more flexibility but allows them to continue to work, even full time.
Of the senior judges who will be deciding cases on “merits” panels — reading briefs and issuing rulings — 10 are Republicans and only three are Democratic appointees, Smith said.
“You will see a sea change in the 9th Circuit on day-to-day decisions,” Smith predicted.
The biggest change will come in controversial cases that test the constitutionality of laws and the legal ability of presidents to establish contentious new rules. The 9th Circuit is weighing challenges to Trump on a wide array of issues, from immigration to reproductive rights, and the rightward tilt is likely to make it easier for the president to prevail.

We are very pleased to see him confirmed.” Father Frank Pavone of Priests for Life told LifeNews.com that President Trump has been successful in remaking the federal appeals court. With the Senate’s confirmation this week of Patrick Bumatay and Lawrence VanDyke for the Ninth Circuit, the president has now seated more than 170 federal judges, including his two Supreme Court nominees.
“With the confirmation this week of two judges for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, President Trump continues to make good on his promise to end liberal judicial activism on the federal bench. With 13 of 29 judges on the court-appointed by Republican presidents, the liberal rubber stamp of the Ninth Circuit has been stilled.”
Trump is reshaping this country and is bringing back our former glory, changing the 9th circuit is just one step of the way.
Hopefully, it will not be referred to as the “Ninth Circus Court” any longer!

More accurately the President has skillfully manuvered the 9th circus into playing defense... It will probably take 2-3 more years to "flip" it...
For now we keep squeezing their gonads tighter and tighter...
Regardless of the ideological balance, the 9th needs to be broken up into two or three circuits. It is far too large. Here’s hoping that becomes a goal in Trump’s 2nd term.

Exactly. I don’t know you recommended him but Trump’s first appointee to the 9th CCA (the judge whose “base” is Hawaii) has made a number of rulings that are alarmingly Obama-judge like. So I’m not counting him among the “Republican judges”. If Trump wins re-election, as I expect, many of the Clinton appointees on the 9th will finally tire of delaying their full-salary retirements. ALL the Clinton appointees on the 9th are CURRENTLY already eligible for retirement or “senior status”, whichever they would want.
Trump’s 2nd term will be WONDERFUL on the Judiciary front.

Big deal, a LOT of us have (mentally) flipped off the 9th Circus.
I didn’t know about the senior status ratio. That is big. The ninth has so many cases that the seniors are quite active. The odds of a Republican appointed majority on a three judge panel has gone up significantly.
No question but you are correct.
Nonetheless, that does not mean that by 20JAN24 that President Trump will NOT have flipped ALL of the federal circuits from LEFTIST/LIB to CONSTITUTIONALIST.
