Trump 2020. Taking a Stand for the Forgotten Man Again. Citizens and Country are his priority. I love that he does for citizens and not just for a class he wants the law to protect them only above all others.

I grudgingly write this, but it is true. This is McConnell's doing. This his McConnell's life's mission. Certainly Trump has chosen wisely, which really boils down to the simple guidance of appointed Federalist Society approved judges and justices.

The Ninth Circuit Court blocked Trump's "Remain In Mexico" border policy just last week. There is still a lot of work to be done before the federal courts are cleaned up.

Really stretching the meaning of the word: "effectively"...
More accurately the President has skillfully manuvered the 9th circus into playing defense... It will probably take 2-3 more years to "flip" it...
For now we keep squeezing their gonads tighter and tighter...

Regardless of the ideological balance, the 9th needs to be broken up into two or three circuits. It is far too large. Here’s hoping that becomes a goal in Trump’s 2nd term.

I didn’t know about the senior status ratio. That is big. The ninth has so many cases that the seniors are quite active. The odds of a Republican appointed majority on a three judge panel has gone up significantly.
