Elizabeth Warren wasn’t trying to be the first female president.
She wanted to be president. She wanted to cut banks down to size and relieve student debt. Root out the corrupt influence of money in politics and go after monopolies.
Warren didn’t focus on how she’d be breaking a glass ceiling. She didn’t shy away from her gender, but when she talked about feminism, it was most often centered on female organizers and the movements they’ve led throughout history.
But Warren couldn’t just run for president. At every step of the campaign, she was reminded that people still saw her as a female candidate, with all the baggage that comes with that designation ― questions about her toughness, likability and relatability.

She had a credibility problem with all the lies she used to get ahead over the last few decades.
She also had a personality problem, coming across as every man’s ex and/or MIL.
A woman who is truthful and with a more pleasant personality would be good for the country. I can think of quite a few. Unfortunately for the Seditious Opposition, none of them are Democrats.

I never thought of her as female.
No mention in the article of her scamming the affirmative action system by claiming to be an Indian.

Pocahontas failed as a presidential candidate because she was a White person who impersonated a Native American to get ahead in life. She’s a fraud and the Democrat voters saw this as well as we did. This is like the second or third article I’ve seen in the aftermath of Pocahontas’s withdrawal where the writer blames Democrat voters for not voting for her because she’s a squaw. They’re trying to recast her image for 2024!

Warren became a mean screeching harpy in the vein of Hillary. Harris had no message and neither did Klobuchar. The only woman I saw on stage was Tulsi Gabbard who had a likeable presence, articulate, and a defined agenda (unacceptable). I was surprised she didn't get more support from the socialist types...could be her military background.
If so why would Biden be talking about Hillary or Moochele as his VP?
Real women don’t have a problem telling the truth.
No, the problem was that she was “not much of a female” who was a candidate.

If by “female candidate” she means crappy candidate, I guess she is right.
If I were a democrat I would have voted against her just because of the manner of her speech. I always feel like I was caught breaking crayons or something. 4 years of that and we’d wish for a quick demise.
Forgot about that one. It may have been her final demise after repeatedly claiming she was fired for being pregnant.
