Somebody made a deal. Was it the DNC? Mike Bloomberg? Perhaps even Joe Biden? Pete Buttigieg, the young Mayor of South Bend, Indiana, who won the Iowa Caucus and performed better than expected in the New Hampshire primary and Nevada caucus (and arguably the South Carolina primary where he came in fourth), has inexplicably dropped out of the race two days before Super Tuesday.
Like I said, somebody made a deal.
Timing of the Buttigieg drop out is more than a little unusual.
Maybe he secured some sort of deal a quid pro quo, we might say.

While his chances of winning the nomination were low at this stage, leaving ahead of Super Tuesday, especially following a strong debate performance and over-performing in all four contests to date, it appears to be nothing short of some sort of exchange that pushed him to the decision. Perhaps the DNC told him they would back his run in 2024 if the Democrats lose or 2028 if they win. Maybe Bloomberg and/or Biden offered him a nice cabinet position; its almost certain the VP tap is going to a woman regardless of who gets the nomination. Whatever happened, its highly unlikely Buttigieg would have dropped out willingly with no assurances. He had absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain by waiting until after Super Tuesday.
Unlike Cory Booker, Julian Castro, and others who dropped out relatively early, Buttigieg had plenty of cash on hand. While its true he will now be able to apply that money to future campaigns, it still seems like a waste considering his age. As the youngest candidate with arguably the brightest future going, there will be plenty of time to raise campaign funds for his next endeavors...

Doggie style. You pull it out of a butt.
Didn’t he go home sick or something a few days back?
That was probably when the deal was cut.
$500M? Is that how deep Pete was in the hole?
You'll never guess where I was sitting when I got the idea...
buttplug definitely got a payoff, prolly got DNC assurances for an IN senate bid in 2022 plus got to keep his campaign cash
all his volunteers and staffers who worked hard for this Super Tuesday elections are big idiots for supporting this fag jerkoff.
I see what you did there.
Why do folks keep saying sanders and not biden?
I thought he hid hist far left leanings pretty decently.
I could be wrong. It happens often :)
Actually none of these clowns will be the nominee.
No one will get enough votes...so they will go with hillary (most likely). Maybe Buttplug will get the VP spot.
Will run as Bernie’s VP?
Quid pro quo or some smelly pile of dirt fix in to be flung...going with qq, tho
Is Bloomberg chicken liver? ;-)
“definitely got a payoff”
Lifetime supply of wet wipes.
The quo that results from the quid is to avoid suffering an embarrassing ass kicking in the voting Tuesday.
Never.
But where did you find the yellow dog tissue dispenser?
I think it will likely be a woman as the VP nominee regardless of who gets the nomination. If Sanders, then maybe Harris or Amy K. If Biden, then Warren or Hillary are my guesses.
Yeah Biden was going to lose big on Tuesday.
Carter helped broker the deal to have buttwipe dropout.
This way, Biden taking SC yesterday, and a weak, but still a 2nd place finish to Bernie on Tuesday, Biden will remain in the race until the convention. It’s the only plausible way to eliminate Bernie without too much suspicion.
A life time supply of KY lube?
.
I don’t think there was any deal at all. He did not get a good reception in the south. His brand of Christianity was not selling.
fag money run out?
