By the time the Morning Joe crowd is finished, there might be no one left in the Democrat field! Over the last week, Scarborough & Co. have been urging Elizabeth Warren and Amy Klobuchar to drop out. But as of Thursday, Morning Joe's got a new target for the get-out treatment: Mike Bloomberg.
Scarborough riffed off a poll showing that, with Bloomberg remaining in the race in Texas, Sanders and Biden are tied. But with Bloomberg gone, Biden would have a commanding lead. Scarborough surmised that the same thing would occur in 20-30 other states.
Donny Deutsch weighed in, saying that Bloomberg would be "an American hero" and a "patriot" if he went full political-seppuku. Deutsch fantasized that in return for Bloomberg going bye-bye, and throwing his support behind the former , Biden would make Mike his Secretary of State. Scarborough summed it up: "There is no doubt that if Biden has a big night [in South Carolina], Bloomberg needs to get out of the race immediately."

A week ago, Scarborough was writing Biden’s political obituary. Now, Morning Joe wants Bloomberg to drop out to clear the field for Biden to stop Sanders!

Anyone really think Bloomberg is just going to walk away and essentially admit he just wasted half a billion dollars for nothing?
Let’s see. S.C. Freepers should then vote for sleepy Joe. I say Mayor Pete. Since blacks are the majority in the primaries a Mayor Pete win would stir things up the most.
Bloomberg leads the pack in pocketbook and hubris.
And he hasn’t been on a ballot yet, if I understand it correctly.
I’d be surprised if he bails after SuperTuesDay unless he’s a total wipeout on the results.
More than anything, I want to see one of the top democrats that misses the nomination go 3rd party. That would be payback for how Clintoon was elected with 43% of the vote in the 1992 general election (due to Ross Perot’s presence on the ballots).
Wasn’t it just last week that Bloomy was the savior?
Democrats do NOTHING "for the good of the party" OR "for the good of the country."
LOL. They’re all over the map in a panic. Every day they are lurching toward a new savior. This is almost as much fun to watch as the month after Trump won in 2016.
Biden is about as electable as we were told Romney and McCain were. I still wish Newt had one that nomination.
In all the carefully crafted ads, Bloomy is Mr. Wonderful, even helping NYC get over 911 when he wasn’t even in office yet.
But, on the debate stage in front of real people, the Bloom is off the Rose!
Are they news commentators or Democrat activist campaign advisors?
And buy Sanders a nice house. That worked in 2016.
Now how can they buy-out Warren?

These folks have ZERO faith in the American voter... If democrats stopped attempting to manipulate every situation they might have a chance...but they won’t...and they don’t...
want manipulation, just wait until the convention.
Seems the Deep State is going all in for a pliable, senile, doddering old fool in the White House.
I thought there were “sore loser” laws that prevent that very thing from happening.
