I’ve let lady bugs, love bugs and small wolf spiders crawl on me.
Small wolf spiders are the only spider I’m not terrified of.
They are called “lady” bugs.
When you remove the bushy tail a squirrel becomes a rat.
“Would girls allow ladybugs to crawl on their hands and arms if they didn’t have the “pretty” shell.”
No
Catching grasshoppers was a great sport. Pinning them on the cardboard was even more fun.
Lady bugs are cool, Asian lady beetles are a pain in the butt......
Yeah. Those were the good old days.
Back then, we could even look down in our undies and even tell whether we were a boy or a girl.
Reminds me of one of the great lines from Hans Landa in “Inglourious Basterds”
I propose to you any disease a rat could spread, a squirrel could equally carry. Would you agree? Yet, I assume you dont share the same animosity with squirrels that you do with rats, do you? Yet, theyre both rodents, are they not? And except for the tail, they even rather look alike, dont they? However interesting as the thought may be, it makes not one bit of difference to how you feel. If a rat were to walk in here, right now, as Im talking would you greet it with a saucer of your delicious milk? I didnt think so. You dont like them. You dont really know why you dont like them. All you know is you find them repulsive.
I wonder what a "tranny bug" looks like...
We raise farm girls here. They seem to tolerate the bugs pretty well. If you are not keeping a close eye on them you might end up with all kinds of critters living in the house with you.
Sow bugs, aka pill bugs or folly-pollies were another bug girls weren’t scared of.
Not that us boys were unsafe aid of all bugs.
Plus they bite and stink when you smash them.
I hung out with a more fun class of girl.
I used to like to catch fireflies. We called them lightning bugs.
Ladybugs are aphid terminators. We love seeing them and spiders on our plants.
Pillbugs. Did somebody say Pillbugs?
How about Giant Isopods !...
Good eating, too, from what I’ve heard.
