“But with our militarys, UNs, Chinas and now our progressives histories...”
China has an advanced chemical warfare program that includes research and development with production and weaponization capabilities. Its current inventory is believed to include a full range of traditional chemical agents. It also has a wide variety of delivery systems for chemical agents to include artillery rockets, aerial bombs, sprayers, and short-range ballistic missiles.
Chinese forces have conducted defensive CW training and are prepared to operate in a contaminated environment. As China’s program is further integrated into overall military operations, its doctrine, which is believed to be based in part on Soviet-era thinking, may reflect the incorporation of more advanced munitions for CW agent delivery.
This is what was known as early as 1980 but was not publicly brought out. China since the early 1990’s is the largest supplier of chemical and biological weapons in the world. On May 21, 1997, pursuant to the Chemical and Biological Weapons Control and Warfare Elimination Act of 1991, the US Government imposed trade sanctions on five Chinese individuals, two Chinese companies, and one Hong Kong company for knowingly and materially contributing to Iran’s chemical weapons program. These individuals and companies were involved in the export of dual-use chemical precursors and/or chemical production equipment and technology. The Chinese companies were the Nanjing Chemical Industries Group (NCI) and the Jiangsu Yongli Chemical Engineering and Technology Import/Export Corp.
They have a history of “experimenting” on human populations like distributing Yellow Rain in south China against the Hmong villages. It was originally thought it was done by Russia, but China had more need.
China has been linked to the SARS epidemic and has two chemical labs in Wuhan, the largest being the Wuhan National Laboratory that opened in January 2018.
This is not a natural virus mutation. And the determination of why it got loose is still up for grabs as to whether it was a mistake, an experiment, or an attack on it’s neighbors that expanded.

So I doubt there is some nefarious element at work here. Only natural as coronaviruses have been around for quite sometime now.
Human coronaviruses are common throughout the world. Seven different coronaviruses, that scientists know of, can infect people and make them sick. Some human coronaviruses were identified many years ago and some have been identified recently. Human coronaviruses commonly cause mild to moderate illness in people worldwide. Two newer human coronaviruses, MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV, have been known to frequently cause severe illness.
So this is just a new version being discovered, and is exactly why they would be naturally working on something that may be able to combat them.
Since the Chinese seem to eat anything, it is not unusual that most of these start in China.
My first rule of China, never believe press releases from the politburo.
Posts 21 and 22 illuminate the breadth of possibility here.
Biowarfare bug or another natural variant...?
It has occurred to me that at some point the super wealthy will decide that there are too many people and will look for ways to reduce the population by introducing diseases that will kill many but not them.
In the modern age of American patenting you don’t actually have do it to patent it. You just have to come up with a rough outline of how it could probably be done. Fuel for patent trolls, write down all those ideas we have while drunk, patent them, sue for prior art when somebody actually DOES it. So it really doesn’t mean anything. The patent holder MIGHT have modified a coronavirus. Or they might just said “I bet you could”.
Hmmmm...can’t sell the (patented, costly) without the disease.
Hmmmm...cant sell the (patented, costly) CURE without the disease.
Overpopulated China needs to kill off about a quarter billion of its people. War would do it, but would damage or destroy too much infrastructure. So they’re trying disease. But it got loose...
LOL!
I can certainly post the entire thing in the future if it’s better for FR?
Yeh a company funded by Bill and Melissa Gates.
“Biowarfare bug or another natural variant...?”
The hybrid virus was engineered from a virus found in horseshoe bats of the R. pearsonii species called Pearson’s Horseshoe Bats, that live in caves in China.
To answer your question without complete proof, I’ll leave it to your deduction. The Chinese took a virus from an animal and re-engineered it. This new SARS virus is unique because it causes both upper and lower respiratory tract infections and can be passed by animal interactions. It has no purpose in research that I’ve found for use for medicinal purposes. The epicenter of the initial poisoning was from a city with their newest and largest bio/chem facilities in the city. Screw up or experiment, they now know it will have grave consequences if deployed. Their only real problem now is finding how to stop it before it comes back to bite them on the a$$.

Bingo! This is a man made virus that mimics the Spanish flu. Overwhelmingly attacking young people. Those are the people who travel and will more likely help spread the virus. Only 12% of the cases are older people.
” But it got loose...”
Any time a person lets loose something that they can’t control, what has just happened is a template for disaster. Nobody said they were smart. The Chinese invented the ying/yang, which means the concept originating in ancient Chinese philosophy where opposite forces are seen as interconnected and counterbalancing. They obviously missed half of the formula on this one, the part about stopping the virus meaning counterbalance. So it’s either on purpose and they failed to figure out the effect that is going world wide or they are a bunch of plain, brainless idiots. Toss up.

And both of them are population control nazi’s.
A similar “coincidence” is that Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) outbreak in the deer population was discovered in Wisconsin only a short distance from the CWD research facilities at Madison.

Last July, the RCMP kicked out two Chinese researchers.
https://www.taiwannews.com.tw/en/news/3761093 says it was for sending Level-4 viruses to the Wuhan facility in China.
...oh btw. The husband worked with coronavirus.
Also this:
Looks like Patient 0 had no tie to the animal market.
Guess why the Chinese are going ...err, batshit crazy, trying to contain this?
Hmmmm...cant sell the (patented, costly) CURE without the disease.
Ditto the situation with Lymes Disease.
“We are being told that the coronavirus outbreak which is currently escalating at an exponential rate probably started with a snake.”
China hasn’t told the truth for over a couple of 100 years. The current virus had to be engineered as it is the only one of the SARS viruses that promotes upper and lower respiratory infection. This is something brand new in that line of illness.
As for supplying and trading, in November 1995, referring to Iran’s chemical weapons program, Bruce Reidel, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Near East and South Asia, testifies, “In the chemical arena, we have seen some evidence that China has provided some assistance or Chinese firms have provided some assistance, both in terms of the infrastructure for building chemical plants and some precursors for developing agents. I would point out here that the Chinese chemical industry is very rapidly growing at this time and not all facets of it may be under the fullest scrutiny of the Chinese government.”
The Chinese have been shipping two chemicals, thiodiglycol and thionyl chloride, both used to make mustard gas, to Iran since 1993. Furthermore it was discovered in 1996 that China’s chemical export controls were not operating effectively enough to ensure compliance with China’s CWC obligation not to assist anyone in any way to acquire chemical weapons. And they were supplying Syria, also, same problem.
You won’t hear about this on the 11 o’clock news as the first of the American supplying of weapons to Iraq was commenced during the Carter administration. One of the ugliest we shipped to them was VX nerve gas.
In fiscal years 1993 and 1994, the executive branch (and Congress) signed-off on a staggering $100 billion of government and industry-negotiated arms deals to include bio/chem. Moreover, the administration actively assisted industry by subsidizing marketing activities, lobbying foreign officials to “buy American,” and financing several billions of dollars of sales. And one of our major competitors was China.
So we’ve been in the game for a few generations. We’re more well rounded but China specialized in chem/bio. And they are the biggest suppliers with Germany, Russia, France, and us on their heals. It’s a very competitive market/
