My guys have a harder time in winter staying normal healthy, with increased shedding and temperature and humidity swings and seasonal hay changes, they are more prone to stomach aches and gi slowdowns. For them this is a serious issue as these are pets that can die within 24 hours if we don't deal with it as soon as we notice something's wrong.
I pray all the time for them, i just pray for their good health and a happy day, that they eat and drink well, they enjoy all their hay, and all their fur is able to pass through them ok. They cant expel their fur like a cat so whatever is ingested has to get through, and if they don't eat enough problems can occur.
We've been fortunate this year to have caught these problems quickly but its stressful knowing how serious it is for them. If anyone is inclined to keep them in your prayers i'm grateful.
That’s a touching post. I love animals and think your attitude towards yours is awesome and obviously full of love for them. God bless you and your animals and they certainly have my prayers.

Are you familiar with this product?
If not, it’s excellent for both dogs and cats, even though it says it’s for cats, it can be used by both.
This is basically flavored gut lube, specifically for the purpose of hair, but let me tell you that it also works for entire vacuum cleaner filters being consumed, and I mean a big one.
I always have this on hand just in case.
Certainly will pray for all of God’s creatures, especially those who have become our pets. They are so dependent upon us to take care of them once they have become domesticated, and so we have a big responsibility.
What type of creatures are these? I couldn’t tell from your description.
Um...could you tell us just what kinds of animal ‘pets’ you have? and do you keep them indoors, or outside?
I have added you and your beloved animals to my prayer list. I thought of the Bible verse, Proverbs 12:10, that says a righteous man is good to his animals. Bless you
Thanks for caring for the animals...Prayers said.
I was wondering that, what eats hay and has fur.
My most common prayer about my pets is to thank the Lord for sharing them with me. I also will confess that I do not know what the Lord has planned for critters (their final fate isnt something weve been told about) but that whatever it is as He is Holy and righteous and good in all His ways so will that fate be just and good no matter what.
Well, many animals have ‘hair’ which - considered in aggregate - might be referred to as ‘fur’: Guinea pigs, for example - and they will eat hay.
Maybe SAM is a great, courageous keeper of little rodent pocket pets.

(We’re certainly getting this New Year off on a very high intellectual level...)
Prayers for your pets.
True dat, I also thought of rabbits. My we Freepers are a curious lot.
Llamas?
Will tuck your furry loved ones on my prayer list.
Amazing, isn’t it, how we humans become so entwined in the daily lives of the Lord’s critters?
I think ‘we freepers’ are sucked into engaging with stupid threads, quite often.
Thank you all for the kindness you have towards my little guys.
Used to have a small farm. On those windy and cold nights I really felt bad for what my critters had to endure. Always tried to make sure they had wind and moisture shelter. Good feed and open water. Pigs, horses, chickens and steers.
Prayers up for them.
Prayers up for you and yours too, so as to stay healthy enough to care for them as needed.
What are the species we are praying for?
LOL!.
(I’m going to bed, now....)
