House went home for winter break, that means they aren't in session. It is now legal to arrest them for crimes they committed. Schiff & the gang are only protected while Congress is in session!

As far as I know, McConnell can give a date to start holding a trial, whether or not he has the papers and make a decision based on what is there at the time of the trial.
Trump has shown no inclination to make recess appointments. He’s certainly had the opportunity.
Curious. Yesterday’s article claimed Trump had NOT had the opportunity because Mitch hasn’t recessed the Senate in three years.
Mitch has done a great job of getting judges through and his speech last week was great.
House and Senate members are perpetually subject to arrest for Treason, Felony, and Breach of the Peace.
They could be dragged right off the House or Senate floor while speaking.

We know Pelosi is holding onto the papers because Ginsburg will pass sooner than later. The moment she passes, Pelosi will then send the papers over and claim a replacement can’t be made until this very pressing issue is dealt with.
