It is getting scary out there. In order for society to function properly, we need to be able to assume that most people are going to behave rationally. And when I was growing up, it was generally safe to make that assumption. But now things have completely changed. No matter how hard one may try, there is simply no avoiding the hordes of crazy people that seem to be taking over our society. It is almost as if millions of us never learned the basic rules for how civilized people should treat one another. Sometimes this manifests in behavior that is simply rude, other times it manifests in behavior that is actually dangerous, and if you are really unlucky you will personally encounter someone that has fully embraced depravity on a level that most of us never even want to think about.
Let me give you an example of crazy behavior that is simply rude. Not too long ago, a Reddit user posted a photograph that really freaked a lot of people out…
A female plane passenger took to Reddit this week to share a horrifying photo of a stranger performing a rude act during her flight.
The woman, who goes by WoodySoprano on the social media platform, posted an image of a traveler resting their bare feet on her headrest. Though the Reddit user’s face is cropped, her terrified eyes tell all.
“Going to be a long flight,” she captioned the photo.
This woman was never in any physical danger, but this type of behavior is incredibly rude.
Who would do something like that?

The kids of the 90s are coming of age with all the crazy they have been feed.
Believe me, I started really realizing this the past month.
When people younger than you are now in positions of authority...you start to tune into this far more closely than before, and really stat to feel vulnerable.
Makes me miss the days when the “adults” were people born between the 1890s-1950s.
That would be a good time to break out the emotional support boa constrictor.
I heard a millennial talking yesterday about intentionally leaving junk in an apartment he was vacating. Why? Because the management had been MEAN to him about being repeatedly behind on the rent, month after month. And Daddy had access to a lawyer who would handle any problems for free. Ah, a life free of consequences!
Maybe that’s him on the plane.
Common decency is at odds with licentiousness.
Remove God and all you get is a society of little gods.
Worthless little gods pleasuring themselves before they die.
I took care of my apartment way back when because I cared, had standards and wanted my deposit back.
Needless to say I got my deposit check a week after moving.
Over load of people in cities; like overloaded rats in box: they go crazy and attack each other.
I noticed it back in the ‘60s.
Because you had character. This guy knew he would never get his deposit back, so in his mind it was even-Steven leaving crap in the unit.
Yeah, my thought exactly...
All the evidence you need that people are getting crazier and more stupid can be gleaned from the way people are driving nowadays. It has gotten progressively worse year after year with no end in sight of people speeding, tailgating, running red lights...etc.etc....all very dangerous and all worth only of brain-dead zombies that want to jettison their humanity to get 2 seconds ahead.

hoa’s are just as bad or can be. get people in and they only impose the rules on people that aren’t favorites and friends. ignore complaints of clear violations by others because they are on the board or know someone on the board.
