Jeffrey Epstein and ‘Whitey’ Bulger: A tale of two sociopaths
By Kevin Cullen Globe Columnist,August 15, 2019, 7:16 p.m.

As they committed myriad crimes and ruined lives, both men believed their own conceit, that they were not criminals but government assets. Epstein claimed he was an intelligence agent. Whitey was an informant for the FBI, but insisted he was only milking the feds for his own purpose.

Both men were allowed to engage in reigns of terror because the federal government protected them, for selfish, cynical reasons. The FBI used Whitey, even though he gave them little, to get the bugs they needed to take down the Boston Mafia, and in return helped him bump off anybody that might expose their sordid relationship, looking the other way as he murdered rivals and potential witnesses...

..After exploiting everything and everyone, making millions and, in Epstein’s case, billions, both men died as guests of the nation, with either the abject incompetence or sinister connivance of a government that once coddled them.

Whitey was murdered in a West Virginia penitentiary, after some people in the US Bureau of Prisons engaged in careless or malicious thinking, reclassifying him as healthy enough to move to a more dangerous prison, where gangsters from Massachusetts who didn’t like stool pigeons awaited. Epstein allegedly hanged himself in his New York cell, under circumstances that, like Whitey’s, seem so egregious that you’d almost think that it was a setup, that either the government didn’t care if he died or, if you’re partial to conspiracy theories, had a role in it...

AG William Barr removes Bureau of Prisons director after Epstein suicide
Aug 19, 2019

...Attorney General William Barr removed the acting director of the Bureau of Prisons from his position Monday, more than a week after millionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein took his own life while in federal custody.

Hugh Hurwitz’s reassignment comes amid mounting evidence that guards at the chronically understaffed Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York abdicated their responsibility to keep the 66-year-old Epstein from killing himself while he awaited trial on charges of sexually abusing teenage girls. The FBI and the Justice Department’s inspector general are investigating his death.

Boston mobster James “Whitey” Bulger was also killed on Hurwitz’s watch, in a federal prison in West Virginia last October, just after he was transferred there...

Sure. They get huge rewards for playing along with the Deep State, but they can see what happens to those who go off the reservation. O’Keefe himself is getting closer to being a real danger, and if he ever pulls this on a Deep State-connected politician rather than a journalist, an unsolved one-car accident may be in his future, too.

Howie Carr: Mueller’s hands dirty in old FBI frame-up
Jan 30, 2019

For the record, Mueller did not railroad four innocent men into prison – two onto death row – for a Chelsea murder they did not commit back in 1965.

That frame job was handled by the Boston office of the FBI, where at one point at least six G-men were taking payoffs from organized crime....

This is the world of “law enforcement” that Robert Mueller operated in. Not everyone was crooked – just everyone who mattered.

Fast forward to 2006. Mueller is now the FBI director.

After 35 years in the can, two of the four innocent men are dead, the other two have finally been freed. The four men or their estates are suing the feds for wrongful imprisonment. It is not a frivolous lawsuit – they will eventually win a judgment of $102 million.

The plaintiffs – the victims – are trying to get the necessary information from the crooked FBI now run by Mueller about how they were framed. But Mueller absolutely stonewalls the release of the information.

...The FBI was refusing to turn over the exonerating evidence to either the plaintiffs or the Justice Department, which was defending the FBI after its frame up.

Mueller’s stonewalling, Gertner wrote, was a “serious problem.”

“This is a case about, inter alia, informant abuse, about the failure to disclose exculpatory evidence bearing on the innocence of the four plaintiffs, about FBI agents allegedly ‘hiding the ball,’ not disclosing critical information that would have exonerated the plaintiffs, and not doing so, for 40 years.”

Think about that again – for 40 years, ever since the night of the murder, the FBI had known that these four guys were innocent, and yet they never stepped up to identify the real killers, because they were FBI rats. And Mueller’s FBI was prolonging the cover-up, the judge wrote...

Epstein didn’t kill himself.......
___________________________________________________

Absolutely; he was murdered. One other piece of evidence is that the warden (possibly former warden) of the NYC MCC has been put on such a lockdown that it’s impossible to find a picture of him/her/it, who has a weird African name from which it’s impossible for a non-African to determine the person’s sex; there’s no publicly available information about that person’s CV; and the media is showing absolutely no interest in who he/she/it is.

If anyone here can contradict what I’ve just written, please do so with full details.

we could not obtain sufficient corroborating evidence to meet ABC’s editorial standards about her allegations.”

From the Handbook of ABC News Editorial Guidelines:

If a story shalt cast an untoward shadow upon a person of Republican affiliation without corroborating evidence, thou shalt goeth forward with thine reporting.

If a story shalt cast an untoward shadow upon a person of Democrat affiliation without corroborating evidence, thou shalt quash thine reporting or thou shalt suffer the consequences thereof, up to and including apparent suicide.

Chooseth thou wisely.

Lamine N’Diaye is a man, according to Breitbart:

He was previously in charge of the Bureau of Prisons department of Internal Affairs, and has now been “reassigned” to some other post in the Bureau of Prisons:

A great article.

Truly Great.

Names names; kicks glute.

But it won’t count for spit; not one democrat will turn Trumper.

Not one leftist will vote for the Right Wing.

NOT ONE COMMIE will vote to resuscitate a dying America....

“The freedom of the press was enshrined in the first amendment to our constitution because the founders of our Republic knew that the Fourth Estate played a vital role as the public’s watchdog, there to hold people in power accountable.”

Nonsense.

The “watchdog” function is an invention of the 20th century to justify sedition and subversion.

“...I was upset that an important interview I had conducted with Virginia Roberts [Giuffre] didn’t air because we could not obtain sufficient corroborating evidence to meet ABC’s editorial standards...” No doubt, Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh laughed his ass off at that part about “ABC’s editorial standards.”

In a sane world ABC would NOT be allowed to call their idiot events shows 'news'...

The freedom of the press was enshrined in the first amendment to our constitution because the founders of our Republic knew that the Fourth Estate played a vital role as the public’s watchdog, there to hold people in power accountable.

The origin of the term "the press" to refer to periodicals and journalism generally (see also the so-called Fourth Estate) didn't begin until the 1800s. The usage in reference specifically to reporters and journalists collectively didn't begin until the early 1900s.

At the time of the Framers of the Constitution, "the press" meant the printing press, and "freedom of the press" meant the right of citizens to publish, sharing their thoughts, opinions, and beliefs beyond the range of simple speech in a town square. Many examples of this were "citizen journalists," journaling the goings on in their communities, and sharing opinions on them with the other colonies.

"Freedom of the press" was meant to ban the federal government from stopping Americans from mass communicating, not to enshrine a special class of "journalists" as watchdogs over the government. All citizens were watchdogs, just as we do here on Free Republic.
