Steve Forbes being interviewed on CNBC recently was asked about the possibility of President Trump being impeached. He said removal of Trump is “Not going to happen.” But after that he said something very interesting:
"The thing to watch for is what Attorney General Barr is gonna be releasing in the next few weeks in terms of his investigations of what was happening with the CIA, the FBI, and certain White House officials leading up to the 2016 election and afterwards. A LOT OF BAD THINGS WERE DONE. . . . "

Is it defeatist to note that a beloved pooch has a lifespan approx 1/6 yours? Or, that the rate of a falling body off the top of Half Dome when it reaches terminal velocity is approx 122 mph? Or, are these and many other aspects of life simply "facts"?
I can go on, but I'll assume you get the gist of things. It isn't defeatism to acknowledge that all governments eventually reach a state of self-awareness, that they begin to operate solely on their own behalf, to the benefit of their own accord.
Did Trump ever truly believe the swamp was only a fractional percentage, or has he always understood it's actually 50% of the general population and 99% of government that react to him as the existential threat he poses to their very lives?
Does Trump know that these matters will never be settled in civil courts? Rather, it will have to either be military tribunals, or an actual shooting civil war where the victors get to sit as judge, jury & executioner.
These aren't defeatist observations; rather, they are simply testaments to 10,000+ years of recorded history. This is how it always goes down. Once you're ok with that perspective, then all the rest is just mental floss that serves as mundane entertainment.
I think that’s true. And one of the problems is that this goes back years, and in a sense, just popped out when they got overconfident and first tried to skew and then tried to undo the election.
If there indeed was a big scandal coming, it would not be covered on msm news.

I’ve been disappointed with all the delays...but this actually gives me hope for true justice.
