OK why has the GOP NOT already filed a lawsuit towards Schiff and demand his removal (if not from congress then from committee) because even Schiff says on TV it would be..get this..."AGAINST THE LAW" for a whistleblower to talk to congress.... Call Congress ..demand Schiffs recusal

He’s caught in another lie and against the rule. Censuring him is too little and too late.

Yes from what I have heard in the news it has been said he did talk with the whistleblower prior to the complaint being made...so using liberal logic here, does not matter if he did or not, it is the seriousness of the accusation made that he did...which is why he must step down

What is the timeline. Perhaps the “whistle blower” did not become a “whistle blower” until their report was filed. So when was the report signed and when did Schiff have his contact with this person?
Once again, it comes down to “What did he know and when did he know it!” In this case, I think the timeline will suggest that Schiff participated in the planning of the report filing.
To: Steely Tom
So today he confessed to have done exactly that, right?
Actually the New York Times outed him today as spoke to the Whistle Blower and helped write the document!

Once again was correct. He early on said the complaint read like a legal brief.

So when he said he didn’t talk to him he could have been “more clear” by saying yes he did talk to him.
See? Isn’t that much more clear?
What if we find out Schiff didn’t get the info from the whistle-blower, but he GAVE the info to the whistle-blower...?
