Many close to Epstein fear he was murdered and CBS News, citing an unnamed source, also reported on Tuesday that “shrieking and shouting” was heard coming from Epstein’s cell on the morning of his death. The source also said they heard corrections officers saying “breathe, Epstein, breathe,” while trying to revive him.
Following the release of the autopsy Jeffrey Epstein’s lawyers challenged the autopsy results.
The lawyers are going to view prison videos themselves from the MCC the night of his death.

In College Business Law 20+ years ago, the answer was they’d pay for suicide if it occurred more than 2 years after the policy started, unless there was no other exclusion.
Who knows now?

Not payable in case of “natural causes”, which is most often attributed to death at the age of the suckers buying the policies.

I’m told that is only if the suicide occurs relatively soon after taking out the policy. We have experts here who can comment, but I think long-held Universal Life-type policies do pay the death benefit even in suicide after the insured has owned/paid into and built up cash value long enough.

I do, in the sense I hope it was some one from Arkansas and they finally slip up.
A theory I heard was that was a cover when they were actually killing him. Makes it look good when the hallway camera footage is released showing them entering the cell.
AJ said he had one of Epstein’s lawyers on his show last Friday. I haven’t watched it yet, but AJ said the lawyer was saying JE was in good spirits and looking forward to cooperate with DOJ. Of course, the next day Epstein was dead.

Depends on how far from the issue date. After a year it used to be inconsequential in paying the death benefit.

I wish I knew how we get out from under the Deep State, but relying on the DOJ and the FBI seems like a no-win proposition. Maybe if the DEMs steal the presidency in 2020 the middle and the right will rise up against the elite in this country.
