A listing of the different types of Conservatives found in America today.

This is a listing of the various types, and sub-classifications of American conservatism today. As one delves deeper, one can clearly see that modern American conservatism comes in many types, shapes and flavors. There is no “one size fits all” American conservative.

Here we discuss 29 different types of American conservative.

The key to the success of any Presidential Conservative candidate or President is to be able to unite all these disparate groups under one singular banner. Is it even possible?

[1] The members of the “conservative movement.”

We start right off, addressing one of the most common themes used in the American mainstream media. That is, being a member of the “Conservative Movement”. This is generally a catch-all phrase that has no real meaning. However, it is useful by progressive liberal Democrats to single out and demonize non-Marxists.

While the mainstream American progressive-liberal media likes to talk about this “Conservative Movement”, most actual conservatives haven’t a clue as to what they are actually referring to. We kind of feel offended that we are so often labeled by the ignorant elites inside the urban centers.

After reading about the Grifter Conservatives (5), I no longer have any guilt about not being able to give to any of those PACs. So many scams, it’s incredible.

BFL - looking forward to reading it. Blogs and some blog comment sections offer more than most of the comments nowadays.

What about New Testament Christians making every effort to live by what the Bible teaches? Don’t see them listed....

Are they only conservatives? My pastor would disagree with you.

A bunch of these classifications of people he calls conservatives are not conservatives at all. Therefore, they don’t belong in the herd. But, if Trump can ‘herd’ there vote, more power to him.

Many are doing more damage to the cause by siphoning $$$$$ away from Trump and Conservative candidates.

You have proof that he didn’t benefit from conservative donations? If not, where did the money go? High priced whores in Mexico?

It’s actually quite long with lots of embedded reference links, images and video.

I got no problem following the link. Other than a donate button; no adverts.

There are two kinds of conservatives - those who think like me and everyone else ;'}

I read ‘conservative grifter’ as someone styled ‘conservative’ who grifts; not someone who grifts conservatives.

And anyway - Al Gore is simply a grifter. He doesn’t believe in anything.

Hey jerk...I did! No mention of end time/tribulation Christians in 29. just those wanting natural disasters (SHTF)rebellion, insurrection, and CW2. Some of us want of fight for God and our brethren, but I guess you know everything.

Guess you know what happens when you ASS-U-ME? Good job.

Heh...yeah title poster seems to have missed that one and lumps us in with 29. What a jerk. Thanks for being quick to post that discrepancy.

Guess the Bible and God's word is "tin foil hat" to vannrox

A perfectly good reason to let blogs excerpt:

Per the article itself, talking about Freerepublic:

“This organization is also considered a “thorn in the side” of the liberal mainstream media, and is only permitted to exist as long as they can direct traffic to liberal-friendly mainstream media outlets. To this end, there are paid trolls that frequent the site in shifts.

The objective of the FR trolls is to limit conservative dialog to the site; box it in. Make it limited so that there isn’t any traceable “spill over” onto the Internet.

This is so that the Google algorithms do not notice traffic to other smaller conservative websites. It serves to keep small conservative bloggers, websites, and associated traffic way… way down in the search hierarchy. Instead of a Conservative post being on the top three pages of a Google Search, they can end up on page 50 to 60 in a given search.”

So excerpting blogs so that they get traffic hits helps fight big-tech censorship of conservative thought. You, on the other hand, help Big Brother kill us off every time you nag a poster about their content.

I’m a mix of about 8 of those groups, as they are, not as they’re mischaracterized.

When, however, men attempt to rush into politics without such a base, the result is that embarrassing conglomeration of impotence, futility, inconsistency and superficiality which is loosely designated today as “conservatism.”

-Ayn Rand

She would agree with conservatives that individual rights (which are the same as what conservatives call natural rights) are absolutes, and must not be violated by initiation of force by individuals or government. And government should be limited and should protect individual rights from internal and external threats. Government should not be providing false rights such as economic rights, collective rights, or animal rights.

I notice that the whiny blogger doesn't mention who these sinister "trolls" are or who is paying them.

Sounds like a bunch of supposition and paranoia.
