Shhhhh. I’ve escaped, but they’re right behind me. They haven’t broken me yet, but they’re threatening me with Obama speeches so I don’t know how much longer I could have held out. I gotta run.

Keep your chins up and maybe by tomorrow you can get back to the last Monday of the week!

I think the Eastern Orthodox church would disagree with you. Probably not, between the eastern and western church there was a leadership dispute, not a doctrinal one. The Roman church accepts the belief system of the eastern church and vice-versa.
As far as your statement on Luther..he decided to try to reform and challenge the church from without rather than within. The Catholic church has always been able to accept and deal with questions within the confines....however, Luther nailed his opinions on the wall and defied the church to challenge him.....they did.

Luther nailed his opinions on the wall and defied the church to challenge him.....they did.He had to take that step because they wouldn't listen. Where in human history do you find Establishments agreeing to stop making money when someone points out that the way they're doing it is immoral? Doesn't happen. So he took it to the 1500's equivalent of "social media."

The Morning Floof is such a sweet little cali!!
Good morning. The shower has been had and next up is to make the bed. After that? Madame Defarge knows.
Then I’ll go down to the Tracker Guy and change the date for the 20th, if he will let me. Otherwise, it will be the 26th.

Sounds like a plan. Could you phone the Tracker Guy?
We’ve been out for some Exertion. It’s quite warm and humid out there. Now I need to make chicken salad.
There will be no kitten tomorrow morning, because I will be in Savannah to audition for “Jeopardy!”.

Yes, I could phone the Tracker Guy, but then I wouldn’t have an excuse to leave the confines of the house, since I don’t have the means for any serious Retail therapy.
So I’ll wait until the sun is over the yardarm, and then head towards LaVerkin.
