Thanks for putting this together.
Us cancer folks really appreciate your hard work on this thread. I have learned much!
Hi, little jeremiah!
I wonder if you’ve posted your “heart formula based on Arjuna” anywhere. Is it one you make up yourself? I’ve given my best friend a bag of Arjuna as well as one of Hawthorn berry (both powdered from Banyan), and wonder how much Arjuna she should optimally take (age 65) and what else to recommend she take for her heart. I know from my experience with my late kitty that Cayenne and Motherwort are also good. Any other herbs that I’m forgetting or missing?
TIA, fren!
Thank you, LJ. This is a wonderful testimony and so much good info.
I will post a bit later the “recipe” that I take. It’s on the thread, someplace.... It has another herb or two besides Arjuna and Hawthorne, also proportions. Motherwort was recommended by my naturopath doc, I tried it 3 times and each time I got arrhythmia. Sometimes it’s best to try each herbs singly at first to determine possible sensitivities or reactions, and then mix. In my experience and study, most herbs are best taken with supportive herbs, more potency and usefulness.
I take my heart support formula daily. Or as Michael Tierra (reknowned herbalist) says about taking herbs:
6 days on, 1 day off.
6 weeks on, 1 week off.
6 months on, 1 month off.
I don’t follow that precisely, 1 month off is too much for me! but every few weeks I take a day or three off.
I hope useful and maybe inspiring for others. There are other effective, and often better, methods for cancer than radiation and chemo.
And your story posted above is excellent too.
I’m going through the thread looking for an article and it seems we never covered Parkinson’s. If you sill would like some info, just reply. There are some Ayurvedic herbs that are considered to help with conditions such as Parkinson’s.
Hmm, now I see we did cover Parkinson’s. Hope some of this info was useful.
I appreciate all the work you put in to putting this 3 part post together with links incl in part 3
Good advice about trying the herbs separately first. I didn’t know about taking occasional time off from them. Thanks!
Tierra’s principle about time off is good, I just don’t stop for a month. I need my herbs!
Thanks little jeremiah.
I will look for it.
I need to post some stuff soon (dealing with stress/anxiety and depression naturally), to take my mind of the world on fire!
Here’s a lot of reading material for you. If you have any questions, post em and ping me.

LJ
I remembered hearing “learn to die before dying” - dying to our own will, our own plans, thinking “I am the master of my life” or ‘I am in control”. Learning to trust in God’s will, His plans, His love and His protection. Lessons such as really caring for those in my life, as I might not have a lot of time left; realizing that things such as “my” house, “my” property, “my” trees (I live in a fir forest) - even my body - are not really “mine”, they are loaned to me for a while.
Sooner or later we have to leave all earthly assets (and troubles!) behind. Attachment to my husband - of course this was the biggest - having spent three decades with my best friend on earth - thinking of leaving him, or him being left alone, was painful. This helped both of us experience more deeply that the Supreme Lord is the best friend of everyone, He will never leave us, His protection is always there for those who turn to Him, and He is in ultimate control of everything. His love is eternal, and even if “alone” in the world, He is in our hearts waiting for us to turn to Him. I knew He would take care of my husband if I had to leave the world, and that He would take care of me in this life and beyond.
Your words here touched me sooo much!
This is exactly how I felt about my DH (33yrs this Dec)
Still trying not to think of the fear every yr since the lumpectomy, radiation, chemo and like this coming month for mamo.
Thank you for your work here. My foggy brain will have to study this and make a plan about how to take care of my DH since he took care of me. He has some health issues now that are scaring me again like when the cancer hit us.
Thank you for reminding me today that there are things we can do to be healthier and happier until we go to heaven.
