Homeless were bussed all over town to vote for her 10-12 times that day. One of the homeless guys was mad because the dim handlers promised them $50/vote but only paid them $50 for the day.

This is going to be implemented massively in 2020, probably by the millions, including millions who are not even in the US yet.
