A realtime voter fraud incident. A developmentally disabled person recently visited the local California DMV to renew a California ID----- only the ID, not the driver’s license. The DMV INSISTED she register to vote. No doubt after she left, ballots were filled out in her name even though she has never visited a polling station.

The conniving Democrat vote harvester "assists" the voter in marking the ballot.....

NOTE ballot harvesting has always been illegal and is banned in many states.
