I believe there were about a Dozen seats in SoCal that lost 3 days after the election from Ballot Harvesting, they All were WAY AHEAD at the time the polls closed.

Nothing new. Mary Landrieu of Louisiana won her senate seat by winning 1 of 54 Parrishes in Louisiana. Her opponent won all the rest.
Homeless were bussed all over town to vote for her 10-12 times that day. One of the homeless guys was mad because the dim handlers promised them $50/vote but only paid them $50 for the day.
Damn you Superman and friends!
This is going to be implemented massively in 2020, probably by the millions, including millions who are not even in the US yet. How do we stop it with the present hamstringing of ICE by the budget and the courts? We are still running a catch and release program with facilities overwhelmed by vast numbers.
