Trump Drops Bomb on Obama – Illegal Surveillance May Be Considered Treason

President Trump has slammed Barack Obama and his lawless administration for “spying” on his presidential campaign, claiming that the surveillance abuse committed by Obama, John Brennan and James Clapper may be considered “treason,”, according to audio tapes obtained by the Daily Mail.

According to President Trump, Barack Obama was fully aware his appointed CIA chief John Brennan and director of national intelligence (DNI) James Clapper were conducting surveillance on citizens, specifically members of his campaign.

“Personally, I think he knew. Yeah. Just remember what they did.”

“Let me put it this way: if the shoe were on the other foot, and the same thing happened to him, it would be treason and they’d be locked up for 100 years,” said President Trump.

No, Grampa Dave.

Trump needs to be more bolder and explain what he means.

He needs to address the nation on a range of issues.

So it probably is not treason as described in our Constitution.

But a highly placed official of the US government working aggressively with the secret service of foreign governments in an effort to impeach or otherwise unseat or dispose of the President of the United States, duly and properly elected by the voters, has to be a serious crime, as serious as treason.

The fact that it was/is a conspiracy composed of multiple government agencies and the management of those agencies, makes it even more serious.

How is it less serious than divulging classified information such as nuclear weapons technology or military secrets?

There must be an existing law other than and more serious than anti-wiretap laws.

Horse pucky!

President Trump in spite of known enemies and those who want him to get everything done yesterday, has done more to destroy the Deep State Thugs, in 2 years than any president since Ike.

Treason: The dictionary defines it as:

the crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government.

Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution defines treason as:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)

Sedition:

Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization, that tends toward insurrection against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent towards, or resistance against established authority.

18 U.S. Code § 2384 - Seditious conspiracy

f two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both. (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 808; July 24, 1956, ch. 678, § 1, 70 Stat. 623; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(1)(N), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)

Hussein Obama has been working with or for Iran going way back before he was elected to public office. A true Manchurian candidate. There’s simply no way to explain away his reasoning for sending $400M in cash in foreign bills on pallets to Iran so they could pay ISIS members in the local cash denominations. It was $1.7B total with $400M cash. He didn’t nor couldn’t do this without the help of the deep state so there’s a long list of criminal operatives involved including obama, brennan, and clapper.

He has been working for the enemy for so long so perhaps treason is the right word.

Trump needs to find proof on this.....he has been talking about this since March 2017.
Suburban white women aren’t buying it.
He needs to find evidence PRONTO.
Republicans should HAVE NOT lost Johnson County, Kansas and Henry Hyde’s old district, classical bastion DuPage.
Mr. President, find the evidence NOW and bring it out. Or else, don’t rant like this, you’re losing suburban women, and they are the key to winning again in 2020.
I know. I’m dating one in Jersey. Republicans shouldn’t have lost Frelinghuysen-Christie’s district.
Get on with it, Mr. President.

First you are dating a Jersey Girl, let me just say this, they are all ignorant stupid sluts, they read sites like Jezebel to get their news. They watch CNN or MSNBC, they all went to some shithole univeristy like Rutgers, Montclair, Stockton, or College of New Jersey and have some sort of useless degree in Education or other liberal arts nonsense. Where the only thing they really studied was beer drinking and male anatomy for four years.

Don’t compare Jersey sluts to your average “suburban white woman”, please don’t.

This post is all based on my decades of experience.

Perhaps the fake Russia crap, that they used to "justify" their treasonous acts can be construed as an external enemy.... Form Merriam Webster:

TREASON: the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign's family.

Can't see where it requires an external enemy....if one owes allegiance to a country and tries to usurp those legally in power, one commits treason.

I think sedition.. which is conspiring or encouraging overthrow of the government

Could this and Trump’s recent re-tweeting a pic of the culprits be a prelude to releasing the FISA docs?

Arranging the Overton window.
Deeming it treason is overstating the crime, but establishes the action as a crime.
AKA talking past the sale.
People aren’t discussing “it isn’t a crime”, they’re discussing why it’s not an extreme crime, and allowing that is a crime.

Such as enlisting a foreign power like the U.K.?

Yes, this plot against Trump was not just a domestic operation. We know that for sure.

Trump needs to release the FISA docs without further delay. They will be the Rosetta Stone that unravels the entire plot and exposes the cabal behind it.

Trump should sue all of them.

Are you gonna jump into every Trump thread today repeating the “Suburban white women” line? Is Trump suppose to be like the Dems and cater his words so as not to hurt their feelings? That's not Trump and never will be and I love him for it.

As in releasing the FISA docs. Let’s see ‘em. He promised “immediate release” over two months ago.
