The crux of the media's eruption over the killing of Kashogi is that he was a WaPo contributing journalist.
Does anyone know how many articles he contributed to the WaPo? I can't find anything about it online.
The Wikipedia entry for WaPo journalists doesn't even list Kashogi.

It seems apparent to some that Khashoggi, seems to have been an arms broker for covert services worldwide.
I suspect that this rumor may have some basis in truth.
The top preferred cover for operatives... is NOT embassy worker. It is journalist.
