2 female Senators in the background. Staged. Get on with it Susan.
50 guaranteed and that doesn’t count Pence the tie breaker
One would think so, but Flake’s cowardice is easily triggered. I won’t believe he’s a ‘yes’ until I hear him respond with it in the roll call. He is a man of zero convictions.
Stabinow up now - what a moron

Somebody Posted here or on a similar Thread that Manchin is a Yes. Can’t vouch for it.
Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin says hell vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to Supreme Court, calls him a qualified jurist

Turned out to be a good/solid/relevant speech, and she gave it to the Dems with both barrels - if she follows through and Kavanaugh is confirmed, I’ll not say another bad thing about her for the rest of the year...
Greg Gianforte has it covered.
No, he lost because McConnell put nearly $10 million against him, along with what the DNC paid.
Get your facts straight.
Now perhaps you will see why it is critical to support John James and get rid of this idiot.
I think she gave a very good speech, using facts and reasoning. She was speaking on the Senate floor.
Well, one thing about it, this business with Kavanaugh has SHOWN us the true face of the Socialists, and how far they are willing to go to DESTROY people, and the Constitution, in their march to gain power.
It's changed me...........and I'm going to bet that it's changed Kavanaugh. Who he was last month, may not be who he is today. We may find that he's more willing to save America, as we know it, against the Socialist's agenda.
Overturning Roe is synonymous with “kicking it back the states.” All Roe did was ban states from outlawing abortion.

Actually, I stand corrected. Mitch and his friends spent OVER $10 million against Moore:
One thing’s for sure, he’d definitely find prohibition unconstitutional if that came up again.
I agree. Also appealing to moderate independents, which is important in the mid-terms.
Those, here, complaining about this speech are being illogical and don'/t understand the importance of this speech, nor why it had to be a long one.
What Collins expertly did, was lay out a complete story line, that excoriated not only what the DEMS did and have been doing still, why all of the PAID protestors are morons, as are the ones who haven't been paid, and the hows and whys of what this whole has and could have done, to forever destroy the Senate, SCOTUS, and this nation.
Yes, it was long, yes it was delivered by someone who just droned on with a quaky voice; however, it was both lawyerly and pedantic, which is what was badly needed to be said...point by point, by point.
OTOH...the chanting lefty lunatics don't and won't care. The truth and the hard, cold facts no longer matter. But as far as history is concerned, this was a GREAT speech, given by the right person, at the right time!
Exactly.
Until he casts the vote, we don’t know for sure, he’s a flake.
The key is we won this battle with the independents and Centrist Democrats, that’s going to pay big dividends in November.
