Energized by the internet persona Qs complex web of conspiracy notions about the forces aligned against President Donald Trump, Qs followers have spread virally online and now, in real life too, forming a movement known as QAnon.
From somewhere in the vast and mysterious deep state, a dissident agent rises up to give the people cryptic clues about how their heroic president will push back the forces of evil and make America great again. The renegade informant is known only as Q, and if he actually exists, its not as a character in a movie, but somewhere in the Washington, D.C., bureaucracy.
Energized by Qs complex web of conspiracy notions about the forces aligned against President Donald Trump, Qs followers have spread virally online and now, in real life too, forming a movement known as QAnon that is making itself visible at Trumps rallies and other public gatherings.
QAnon is the latest in a string of conspiracy ideas that take hold of the publics imagination in times of social stress and technological change. And QAnon is something new, a leaderless popular movement made up of people who believe in no one and therefore are willing to believe almost anything.
To believers, Q is a pseudonym for a well-placed U.S. government agent who is posting online distress messages and bits of intel, known as breadcrumbs, in an effort to save the country and Trump from hostile forces within the government. Qs missives started appearing last October on 4chan, the mostly anonymous website where fringe ideas incubate and blossom....

Could you list for us all of the firings and indictments of any deep state players that have been the direct result of anything Q has posted?
Winner!....give that man a cigar.
Yup.
Bttt!
You come across like a troll. And trolls troll because they really have no other defense or logic with which to support their claims to moral or intellectual superiority.
I seem to remember something similar to Q back in the Clinton corrupt administration days. Would love to know if any oldtimers remember that?
Agree...the GOP-T base isn’t buying into Q. We get “tagged” with this we will lose. Q should be equated to horoscopes. Fun to watch, but only as reliable as the neighborhood crystal ball.
Agree. No way a few kids “in someone’s” basement is going to that much trouble for so long.
Bravo - well said
You bring to mind the “Tea Party”
and the way it started as grass roots,,
Leaderless yet focused.
Then it turned to infighting and finally
Vilified by the media and politicians.
“Q” may be avoiding these issues.
The whole scenario reminds me of a faux-reality show called SIBERIA that NBC aired a few years ago. NBC was very careful in their promotions to NOT reveal this new reality show was FAKE. - More accurately - it was a dramatic mini-series under the guise of a Survivor-style reality show.
Well, they fooled me! It wasn’t until toward the end of the first episode that you realized - holy crap - this is a drama!!!
The show was tremendously well written. And after every episode you were left scratching your head - and heading for the internet to do some research on what we just saw - and what might be coming next.
It was a blast - I have FB friends to this day who were just random people who were analyzing the show.
Point is - fiction can be tied to reality very easily. All the references in this fictional show - were real...real history, real science - driving the plot of a FAKE show.
Be careful.
Ive ignored all the Q threads on the site. Dont even know what theyre pushing. Dont want to.

You can’t say “all” because you responded to this one. oops!
Plenty of longitudinal education studies have shown that allowing students to come to their own conclusions provides a lasting memory of the endpoint information than having them told and required to retain it.
I would like to know how some kid in a basement got North Korea to ‘present’ Trump with an Alice in Wonderland sized envelope (see chapter 6 of Alice in Wonderland) in the 6th month of this year.
That kid may be in the basement of the White House.
:)
There have been plenty of reports about Huber outside of Q:

I agree 100%. Its gonna be: Trust the plan for the next 6 years. All gibberish, rumor and innuendos, and no results. Just like its been so far.

That’s what the Q foolery is for. It’s an effort to associate us all with low-IQ, narcissistic foolery.
Did you see the FLA rally? There was a sea of Q posters and cut outs. So either POTUS knows exactly who Q is, and is endorsing the movement. Or he doesn’t care if his supporters are, as you put it, showing themselves to be low IQ narcissistic people. Which one is more likely?
All it would take is one tweet “Q Anon is fake news”. and the whole thing would be over. Why hasn’t that happened?
