If you want to mix male and female teenagers in a closed environment, certain rules must be followed. Myself, I think it is foolish for boys and girls to be going to the same schools. The classroom is to learn certain subjects, not to “socialize” people, which is the #1 answer given if you bring this up. On the other hand, there may not even be a #2 most likely answer.

I am always interested to see how Freepers respond to stories like this. Why can't a girl not wear a bra? Why can't a "school administrator" not care about a girl's boobs? Why can't a boy stare? Why can't a girl enjoy it? Why can't a teenager be oversexed AND a great student, (and wear a uniform whilst breaking every little rule on the edges?) I sure did. Funny how people get all stuck up and intrusive about the wrong things when they get old, but cry LIBERTY OR DEATH! when it has something to do with their pocketbook.

Sure I'm a gentleman but glancing at a woman's breasts, big or small, pouty or saggy, pointy or peculiar, "pretty" or "ugly," (as if any woman is really ugly, except for, maybe Hillary or a certain White House correspondent, Now Deceased,) is one of life's delightful pleasures.
