GOP House Rep To File TREASON CHARGES Against 4 FBI Officials #Treason #HangEmHigh

It’s about time!

GOP House Representative Paul Gosar will file treason charges against the collaborators who have attempted to overthrow President Trump in a soft coup.

He claims that their actions were not only illegal but constituted an attempted coup of a sitting US president using false dossier information that they knew was really opposition research (lies) paid for by Hillary Clinton and the DNC.

He is seeking charges against former FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

Gosar said:

“The FBI knowingly took false information from the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign and then used it to smear Donald Trump in order to hurt his campaign.”

“The full-throated adoption of this illegal misconduct and abuse of FISA by James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates and Rod Rosenstein is not just criminal but constitutes treason.”

This is the kind of story that makes the GOP look like idiots. This guy should read the Constitution and see what the word “treason” means before shooting his mouth off.

A grand jury would cerainly indict

The media loves the grand jury indictment game
because of its low threshold, so let the games begin

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies....

“The Constitution defines one crime, the crime of treason.”

Considering the underlings following the orders given by these traitors were all ARMED, I think “levying War” is a very viable charge.

In EVERY jurisdiction in America, if one person of a Criminal Conspiracy is in possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime, every conspirator is guilty of the same, see OJ Simpson and Charles Manson.,

Really have to get Rosenstein. He is the one that determines the scope of Mueller’s investigation and approves of indictments.

Rosenstein is the Left’s most potent remaining offensive asset. Because he signed the FISA application, he participated in the conspiracy, and the fact that he was there late in the game, he should have known what was up.

Instead of firing Rosenstein and making him into a martyr, he needs to be further investigated and charged for as many crimes as possible. Force him out or at least get a recusal is step one.

LOL, like that’s going to happen? They live by a different set of rules in DC. The guilty get light sentences. If we dare call it treason, so what? We won’t have a Roland Freisler or Andrei Vyshinsky as a judge. A slap on the wrist is more likely. LOL, appoint Ruth Bader Ginsberg and they’ll walk!

Let him shoot off of his mouth. This puts Jeff Sessions in a bad spot. He’s now has to defend Rod Rosenstein against treason. Just keep ratcheting things up. it’s Rosenstein we want now. Anything that gets him out of that job.

Let’s go with that.

Add a "Sedition" charge too, in case "Treason" is a non-starter.

Yup. Treason almost seems like a weak word compared to the deeds done by so many of our “leaders.”

You are thinking like a just, rational person.

This isn’t a matter of justice or rationality, it’s a matter of law.

Any half-way competent lawyer will argue that the behavior doesn’t meet the Constitutional threshold. Remember that no less than Hillary Clinton laughed about getting a child rapist off on a technicality...

If charges are actually filed and not merely a PR headline grabbing stunt, then if nothing else it will force these people to empty out their bank accounts, and pension accounts, to defend themselves. That’s winning!

Exactly. Put them through the ringer of humiliation and massive expenses defending themselves from Federal charges. They deserve this misery, and it would be therapeutic for the nation to see these people in the dock.
