LevinTV host Mark Levin praised President Trump on his radio program Monday night for having, by his estimation, a very successful first year in office, and called him the most conservative president since Ronald Reagan.
Ha ha ha--no I just walk away unlike a snowflake!!!
You are too funny. Reserch the Rush thread that’s been posted here on FR for at least 10 years. It will show you what I’m talking about. Whete once there were 200-300 posts a day now there are 10-20. Go back and read the old threads. He even called us names an insultedus.
I am not lying, though I appreciate you calling me a liar.
He did say that in the primaries. He also said near the end of the General Election that he would be voting for Trump and that in order to prevent a Clinton nightmare you should hold your nose and do the same.
I stopped listening to him during much of last year because of his Trump hate. But he came around to reason n the end.
Well I understand your concern, and it is not entirely out of the realm of possibility given Levin’s position and comments during the primaries. However, his track record prior to going into the primaries was good (he loved the country, etc) and he has been a dependable Trump supporter since. Really good analysis of the situataion in DC with Mueller, etc. I don’t even care if it is just for ratings—but I do think he really has come around to support Trump (for the most part) in earnest.
As I stated before I am not ready to buy a book from Levin or subscribe to his TV network, but I am hoping he will continue to be a Trump ally—Trump needs all the support he can get as the Rat media attacks him relentlessly :(
Trump is the first Republican candidate in a long time, maybe ever, who has acted more conservatively than he campaigned. Usually, it is the opposite.
I think Trump - prior to the 2016 election - “liberal Republican(if even that!)” is governing more conservatively then Reagan! If he continues and gets two terms his “conservative effect” on the nation will be more long term and institutional then anything Reagan did. Reagan’s historical effectveness will end up being viewed as more “symbolic” then real.
EVENTUALLY, yes.
Roll me up and call me curly.
Funny how some forget. For awhile I thought the world was ending. Levin was berzerk and Michael Savage, God bless him, sounded reasonable in comparison.
That covers it, I think.
He was berserk. Even rabid.
I am surprised, and pleasantly so, that he was able to move away from that position. Did not expect that.
Your weak attempt at earning points with the large, anti-Levin crowd here is duly noted.
But I can certainly see his point.
And besides, fiscally speaking, other than his tax cut, Ronaldus Magnus wasn't remarkably conservative.
Levin was a bonehead for being anti-Trump. Not trying to earn points with anyone. YB.
Now THAT is saying something.
Whoa, no offense intended, bro. I should have included a “/sarc” in there. Sorry.
Levin had some valid points. Yes, he was much more vehemently “anti-Trump” than I was but, like me, he eventually came around. And, unlike his good friend Senator Cruzthe nastiness towards whom was the whole reason Levin was so vehemently anti-Trump, IMHOLevin came around to heartily endorse the nominee at the right time.
Levin is still my second-favorite conservative talk show host.
The real boneheads are those who ever doubted Levin’s conservative credentials.
