LevinTV host Mark Levin praised President Trump on his radio program Monday night for having, by his estimation, a very successful first year in office, and called him the most conservative president since Ronald Reagan.
Yeah! I stopped listening to him for that!
Well I’ll be dipped.
God Bless Mr. Trump.
I’m waiting for him to admit he was VERY wrong.
Probably won’t happen
More conservative than Reagan. Not even close.
I turned him off about the time of the Iowa caucuses with his nightly anti-Trump rants and ravings.
He might be saying good things about Trump — after a year — but he would slither back to attacking when something doesn’t go the way he wants.
He bleated for years about wanting a ‘new Republican party’. Candidate Trump showed that he was about the only one who would even attempt to deliver, but it was never good enough for Levin.
I see Trump like my plumber or HVAC guy. He curses, and smells, smoke and flips his ashes anywhere. He farts and spits and burps up a storm and his personality is made up of one offensive joke after another....but MAN he does good work at a fair price. What do I care about his personal habits or personality? I’m getting what I want
He endorsed him and said we had to vote for him even though he was a cad. He was never a never-trumper.
If he continues on this way, he will have governed even more conservatively than Reagan.
Levin is a good man.
He is honest and knowing he thinks this about Trump is no surprise.
May God bless President Trump and protect him from the elitist ruling class and deep state. Mark is a strong ally in the fight for Liberty. Glad to see him humble himself.
>More conservative than Reagan. Not even close.
Yep. I expected Trump to be quite liberal on some issues, but that hasn’t happened. Trump’s the most conservative president since Calvin Coolidge.
Levin has done a total turn around from how he was during the primary/ election.
His show today, at least the first hour of it, which is what I heard, was great.
I’m very happy to see that he, like me, eventually came around on trump, although I came around faster.
I give him credit for that. He is forgiven.
There was one thing I didn’t like about him was his constant screaming. He’s an angry person—very smart—but his temper! Wow! Sometimes I had to turn him off because he stressed me out!
I listened to a little bit of Levin’s show today. He was calling on never-Trumpers National Review, Weekly Standard, etc, to support President Trump. I thought “You were a never-Trumper!”
But if he actually sticks to this, then great, but man oh man, I couldn’t listen to him during the campaign.
Trump has the retaliatory punch of Nixon,
the loquaciousness of Reagan,
the steel spine of Eisenhower,
and a practical vision never before seen in the White House.
In Levins defense, Trump was a bit unproven as to what he will actually do vs say. I’d say Trump is the first conservative as President since Reagan to actually do what he said
I love our President more every day. I feel blessed to be alive to witness his greatness! My husband who usually finds fault with most elected officials, loves President Trump also.
For a few months now, Levin has been extolling Trump’s speeches. It’s a relief to tune into 770 AM NY, and not be crucified for supporting Trump.
I noticed years ago that Levin will circle the wagons around his friends, and I believe that was the case during the Primaries when Levin was hoping for Cruz. Unfortunately, Levin made the entirety of the election process a personal matter — well, at least that’s the impression I got as a once loyal listener. I tuned out for about a year.
Levin has elitist goggles on most times. Even now he claims Trump is purely pragmatic/business-minded and street smart, but not conservative in the “intellectual” sense.
Actually, Trump is someone who has been interested in politics throughout his life and in the past has cited his respect for the ideas of intellectual heavyweights like William F. Buckley. Trump’s interest in Chinese history and culture also precedes his businessman days. Just saying...
You can’t simply be a money/numbers guy and handle leaders from Asia and the Middle East as deftly as he has. He has a knack for understanding how other cultures operate in ways most Americans cloistered in ivory towers and think tanks do not.
