After a San Francisco jury acquitted on Thursday an illegal alien, Jose Ines Garcia Zarate respectively, in the shooting death of Kate Steinle (he was declared not guilty of murder and/or manslaughter) in one of the most shocking decisions of late, President Trump went on to Twitter and blasted the Democrats for their irresponsible policies, i.e. unvetted immigration and sanctuary cities.
Here’s the POTUS on Friday morning:
A disgraceful verdict in the Kate Steinle case! No wonder the people of our Country are so angry with Illegal Immigration.
The Kate Steinle killer came back and back over the weakly protected Obama border, always committing crimes and being violent, and yet this info was not used in court. His exoneration is a complete travesty of justice. BUILD THE WALL!

I have no idea what President Trump is planning. I have however noticed that President Trump is well aware of how perception is as important as reality.
Breaking up families just before Christmas is a bad image. It is better to wait a few weeks. The beginning of a new year is a good time to start a big project.
Did Trump signal an agreement on DACA to get the tax law through? I hope he did not cave on that one...that is a deal breaker given how over run we are here with illegals.

That astounded me when I read that - no mature adults on the dam_ jury?!
And then they passed around the murder weapon, which they were probably terrified of. What do you want to bet none of them have ever shot a gun? The defense literally convinced them the big scary gun could go off by itself.
Some things take time and I'm willing to believe and accept that.
Considering my comment and the connection to a young jury, this case needed that decision to further the decimation of the Department Of Education

Completely Agree.
While not at the top of the list for most, killing common core is closer to me than most. I had to unteach and reteach my kid how to do math over the last 5 years.
I agree with this as a step 2 for the 1,000 ICE agents.
What’s step 1 for the agents?
Arresting the local politicians flouting federal law.

If the defense encouraged the jury to hold and examine the gun, I think it upports my suspicion that the defense cleverly made the trial about the guilt of the gun and the innocence of the murderer.
