I thought it was a haircut.
I’ll have to be more careful.

According to dictionary.com, mulatto is an offensive term used to describe a person who has both black and white ancestors.
According to dictionary.com, "mulatto" is a word used to describe the offspring of one black and one white parent. According to Wikipedia, Haiti's elite is composed primarily of such people, and Wikipedia also uses the term "mulatto" to describe them.
I don't see the issue.

I guess it sounds better than “High Yellows.”

Mulatto is used within Haiti to describe individuals in the upper economic class. Historically, the term is also used to describe the mixed-race faction during the Haitian revolution and subsequent civil war. I don’t believe the word is considered a racial slur outside of America, but it is the proper term used by Haitians and not considered remotely offensive.

We had a Marxist Mulatto Halfrican Un-American running the Country for eight years.
Marxist = Duh (he is a Democrat after all) = TRUE
Mulatto = Mixed Race = TRUE
Halfrican = He had an American (sort of) White Mother which means he is ONLY half African American = TRUE
Un-American = Duh (he is a Democrat after all) = TRUE.
