Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Siskiyou, Shasta, Tehama, Trinity,
Tuolumne, Sacramento, San Joaquin, San Francisco, San Mateo,
Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Sierra, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus,
Sutter, Yolo and Yuba.
(2) A new state, named California, or a name to be chosen by
the people of that state, including the territory represented by
the following six, (6) counties: Los Angeles, Monterey, San
Benito, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura.
(3) A new state, named Southern California, or a name to be
chosen by the people of that state, including the territory

Maybe he’s crazy enough to spend himself into poverty for this absurd idea that will never happen. Can’t figure out why people even promote this idea, spend money on it. It is ridiculous. Coastal - The coastal counties from Mendocino to SLO and inland to pick up Yolo and Sac.
Jefferson - Humbolt, Del Norte and all the counties north of Yolo and possibly parts of Oregon south of Lane county.
East - Inland counties from Nevada County south to Kern.
Hollywood - Santa Barbara, Ventura, LA and the southwest corner of San Berardino bordering LA County.
Southern - Orange, San Diego, Riverside, Imperial and that portion of San Bernardino worth having.
That would give us six conservative senators, four leftist senators and would shift the political balance further west in accordance with population patterns.

California is so totally and completely effed up because of Hollyweird culture and the unfettered illegal alien invasion that there is no practical way it will ever be put right. No amount of district gerrymandering to create new states will make it better because a sizeable number of the people in each and every county in California have lost their collective minds. Even the districts that are ostensibly “red” have 40-45% “blue” populations. If the US insists on having California be part of this country, then it’s better to have all of the jackazzes in one concentration with as few national political representatives as possible to shield the rest of the country from Californication.
