On a night like Thursday, when President Trump was scheduled to headline a rally in West Virginia, you know the hot takes are going to be coming in fast from all directions, but wholl go the extra distance to really stand out?
(Ta Da!) Stuart Rothenberg, senior editor at Inside Elections, went all out in sizing up the people of West Virginia, many of whom wouldnt make it in as immigrants under the Trump administrations policies, which are in clear violation of that Emma Lazarus poem.
Stuart Rothenberg @StuPoliticsLots of people in West Virginia can't support themselves or speak English.

The elites were fine with West Virginia so long as they voted Democrat. When they started rejecting cretins like Manbearpig starting in 2000, they had to use for them.
If illegals started voting Republican tomorrow, watch as the elites would be demanding every last one of them be deported yesterday.

THATS what they are mad about.
The state is also 94% white and therefore racisssss!!
I was gonna make a comment about people from MA...but I restrained myself.
That's also why the North was able to peal it off of Virginia during the Civil War. There were almost no slaves in West Virginia, and West-by-God Virginians were not eager to fight for the wealth and status of the Virginia aristocrats.
I have a sign that says”No peddlers or witnesses.”If they can’t understand the sign,I let my Rottweiler explain it to them.
Make no mistake about it.
We want them dead.
People the truth is these people all see us ..any Trump supporters “the deplorables” are really all “White Trash”
“white trash” is an important term with a history that have to start really looking at

The tradeoff is that their sphincters are not so stretched as to flap in the breeze and allow their turds to slide out unbidden.
I’m a recent transplant from NE Ohio.
A lot of people I work with are able to switch between “newscaster English” and the local flavor with ease, depending on who they’re speaking to.
I’ve started to pick up some of the local dialect. I keep pronouncing “wire” as “wahr” without realizing.
I think some of the local words are interesting. Like anything with four wheels that’s not a car, truck or tractor is a “buggy”. ATV = buggy. Shopping cart = buggy. I stopped calling our valley a valley because valleys are hollers here. If creeks aren’t criks then they’re runs.
You could write a whole dissertation on the variable meanings the phrase “bless her heart” can assume based on the context, inflection and perspective of the speaker.
As they say it takes a hell of a lot of education to make someone that stupid - and Stewie is from Montgomery county Maryland, which has the highest percentage of residents with postgraduate degrees in the country.
I love local dialects.
Having visited all 48 continental states I have heard every pronunciation under the sun.
Virginia and Ohio both have places named Chillicothe, my generation pronounces it Chillicohthe but in Ohio it’s Chillicahthe.
Schuyler, VA is pronounced Shoeler, in Nebraska it’s Skylar.
In both cases I said VA had it first so our way is right.
People who try to fit in do usually pick up a bit of the local flavor.
Then there are the snobs who look down their noses at us locals.
Good to you for fitting in.
Many years ago a college professor did a paper on the dialects of VA. He found that my part of VA had held on to its Scottish origins in our manner of speech.
We could have told him that and saved him time and money.
Why not? The Dems worship Lewis Carroll. “When in danger or in doubt, run in circles, scream and shout!”
I love driving the back roads and stopping in the small towns. Each one has it’s own distinct personality.
Really good people in those backwater towns who just want to be left alone by the world at large.
Really good food in some of those little town mom and pop restaurants too.
I want to get a van, fix it up as a camper with a generator and travel the back roads of America. Stopping wherever seems interesting and spending time there just listening to the locals.
That is my entire bucket list.

Honestly you don’t need the generator. A second car battery would do the trick. Check out ‘overlander’ and ‘expedition’ sites and you will find every sort of vehicle mod you can think of. Many are cheap and practical.
We moved west from VA a couple years ago and since then I have been tricking out my vehicle overlanding. We love wandering around and finding hole-in-the-wall gems.
I have some seen some pretty sweet tricked out vans here in NV. They usually jack them up just a little and put offroad tires on. They look like a ton of fun. Don’t wait! Do it!
