One of the illegal alien suspects accused of raping and sodomizing a 14-year-old freshman at Rockville High School “is being used as an unjust scapegoat by the opponents of recent immigration practices,” his defense attorney said Wednesday.
“Based on everything we know, we think he’s innocent. This appears to have been a consensual encounter,” attorney Andrew Jezic told the Washington Post.
Jezic has been retained by the family of 18-year-old illegal alien suspect Henry E. Sanchez. Sanchez Milian and Jose Montano, 17, allegedly raped the victim orally, vaginally, and anally, sometimes simultaneously, in a bathroom stall on March 16 as she cried out in pain and begged them to stop, according to a police interview with the victim. After the victim reported the alleged rape to school staff, a forensic specialist found blood and bodily fluids in the boys’ bathroom.

I didn’t know it was a black girl. Not that it matters, but I believe that I didn’t think she was black because Jesse Jackson and bros haven’t been down to Maryland and demand fairness in the justice department. How interesting that they have been so quiet.

Unfortunately, statutory rape in Maryland requires 4 year age difference. In this case it is just under 4.
So we have someone who is almost certainly much older than 18 in a FRESHMAN level classes.
It is amazing to me that this school district just lets the “unacompanied ‘minors’” enter school with no proof of age, residency, or health records/vaccinations.
In my district, the rules historically have been that you provide such documentation at registration.
Can’t blame the superintendent for this one. Guy shows up says he’s 18 and wants to go to school. Of course he shows up with no documents proving his age, since he’s ‘undocumented’. So they do a rough entrance test on him and put him in the 9th grade, next to your 15 year-old daughter. Now the guy might in fact be in his 20s—poor diet in his sunny homeland might have stunted his growth but the school has no way of knowing that. The courts have ruled that if the kid shows up you’ve got to accept him. If he’s ‘special needs’ school has to take him until he’s 21.
But we can blame the superintendent for saying stupid things like we can’t let ‘incidents’ like this keep us from welcoming illegal invaders and anyone who says different is spouting hate. We can blame him for that.
I saw the police report. One of them held the girl bent over while the other one sodomized her. She was also forced into oral sex so I’m guessing it was happening at the same time. Then they switched places.

In Maryland, there has to be 4 years between their ages for it to be statutory rape. There was 3 1/2 years between them. That’s what they said on the news this morning, anyway.
