I would choose to take the pill only until I was healthy and then I would die a natural death and be with my Lord.
FOREVER?
Hell no.
Who wants to be around for the heat-death of the universe????
When black holes are winking out in the Hawkings events????
Floating in space forever, with no light or stars or planets any more?
Absolutely not! Going once around the (Un) Merry-Go-Round financially “treading water” will be quite enough, thank you.
I would like to reverse certain conditions though, such as arthritis.
Yes, I choose to live forever. Not in this frail mortal body, but in my new body like that of the risen Christ. No pill can do that.
Well it still doesn’t guarantee you won’t get hit by a bus or shot by an angry ute.
And people who wish to do so, haven't thought it through at all.
What happens to all of the generations born after you were supposed to be long dead? There wouldn't be enough jobs and do those of you who want to live hundreds of years, really want to keep on working all that time? If not, WHO do you expect to take care of you?
Such a pill won't necessarily cure/stop one from getting a terrible disease. So you want to live on and one and one and on through the ravages of cancer or something else deadly?
If you haven't amounted to much, during a regular lifetime, the chances that you shall do something spectacular, should you live many years longer is....zilch, nada, bupkiss, ZERO!
Do you REALLY want Obama, all of the Clintons, etc. to also live one to be 1,000 years old?
The above are just a very small things everyone mulling over this query should think about, prior to answering "yes".
No! I believe there is something better waiting for us.
Six months later all you want is sleep and celibacy as you welcome death.
Not forever, no. Just until the Mariners win a World Series. Or the heat death of the universe, whichever comes first. Holding out for that heat death...
I wouldn’t choose to live forever in this life. I’ve already chosen eternal life.
Something to think about. Consider how much emotional baggage you accumulate over a lifetime. If you could live forever, think how utterly mentally unstable you’d be after 10 lifetimes.
I probably would choose to live longer, especially if those extra years were good years. But forever? No, eventually I’m going to want to go to my real home.
Live forever and watch everyone you know and love, die? No.
Since it reverses the ravages of old age, do post menopausal women want to return to having periods and pms, again? I sure don’t!
I will wait till God restores all things and hope he has mercy on me cut I don’t want eternity in the lake of fire either.

I’m in for a few hundred years.
I want to live long enough to see the Atlanta Falcons win a SuperBowl......
Come to think of it, that probably is forever.....
No thanks!
I’m already 64, and seeing these millennial pukes doing as they do, is more than enough, for one lifetime!
!
Standard sci-fi fare. Mission goes well at first. Contact is lost. Rescue mission is sent and finds all on Mars have reverted to babies or embryos. Cue dramatic music as the credits roll.
If you got hit by a train, fell off a balcony, get shot, heck, slipped in the bathtub, a pill ain't gonna fix a traumatic injury.
Yes, there are many women yet to met!
Frankly, I think the elites just gut babies and drain their blood for transfusions and organ repair...for similar purposes.
With Jesus, totally.
