FBI Director James Comey is scheduled to testify today or rather present the FBI’s findings to lawmakers on Capitol Hill on President Trump’s wiretapping allegations. Unfortunately the findings are highly “classified” and will not be available to the public; however, we will be informed of the outcome of the wiretapping or surveillance findings. I, myself, have researched this enough that I have formed my own conclusion. It does not take a rocket scientist to do it, and I believe from the facts that Trump Tower was under surveillance during the 2016 campaign.
THE FOLLOWING WILL TELL YOU WHY I THINK TRUMP WAS WIRETAPPED OR SURVEILLED:
Wiretapping was essential in retrieving the conversations of retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn and the Russian ambassador, which led to Gen. Flynn’s resignation as Mr. Trump’s national security adviser. On Oct. 15, 2016, the BBC reported that the U.S. secret intelligence court issued a warrant to investigate two Russian banks in conjunction with the Trump Organization. Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper has lied about U.S. surveillance and wiretapping under oath. Mr. Obama issued a carefully worded non-denial. Mr. Obama expanded NSA’s powers in the days before leaving office. Journalists readily believe the Trump-Kremlin international conspiracy to rig the U.S. election, but immediately put down the idea the Obama DOJ using FISA against Mr. Trump.

Gowdy is getting absolutely nowhere on getting Comey to tell us that they’re investigating leaks.

Comey is being used to let the Dems ask him totally unrelated questions and to get digs in at Trump and to give dissertations of media reports.
And the Podesta Group's payments from Russia.
Or that the only campaign to have contact with the Russians was the Clinton campaign. Trumps contact was after he was duly elected. So if contacts with the Russians was for influencing the election, it was the Clinton campaign that had the contact.

It is very curious that such questions are never asked and also, that the US government’s efforts to influence foreign elections or overthrow foreign governments are not brought up.

Exactly right and why I refered to this as “opening Pandora’s box” in a previous comment. When they want to investigate “hackers” because they think it will hurt Trump they’re all for it, but let’s see how they react when other more sensitive nerves get touched...such as the 20 Congressional office burglaries, or why Dirty Debbie ordered secret clearances for the Awan brothers, who are foreign nationals, or what’s in the 650,000 emails on the Hillary/Huma servers.
