It may seem like a stretch of the imagination, but Im going to lay out step by step how the Day Without Women marches taking place across the world (and especially in the US), are the first decisive steps in a plan to achieve Mussolinis dream of Tutto nello Stato, niente al di fuori dello Stato, nulla contro lo Stato (everything for the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state).
The people involved in the Marches dont know about it, they are useful idiots, but the face behind the curtain knows full well each of the next steps, and when you consider them, youll see that its almost inevitable.

And pulling this stunt weren’t they making the point that women are less reliable employees than men?
That any woman who took yesterday off is willing to skip out and is not a reliable employee?
And the reliable employees (both men and women) who worked yesterday should be rewarded accordingly — with raises, promotions, and job security.
Yes, that is exactly right. That’s what merit is all about.
Hardly the FIRST step.
I am SO sick of this war on women crap. There are a number of areas in which women have advantages over men:
Divorce settlements and child custody
Criminal justice
Workplace safety
Insurance rates
Men are far more likely to be homeless and commit suicide and also account for 99% of combat deaths.
A Day Without (those) Women... is a good start. +1
My wife worked yesterday and got a nice surprise promotion and 15% pay increase so I’m glad she didn’t participate, not that she ever would as she’s a hard working Christian conservative woman and we count our blessings rather than focus on complaints.
I look out over that sea of estrogen enhanced protest and I am thrilled knowing that so many unwanted sheltered cats will find homes.
Likewise — my wife although she didn’t get a generous raise like that. Congratulations to her! Well deserved too.
Actually it was very peaceful, like the good old days.
I’m kidding. None of the broads were in work took off.
A day without women, when men all across the country had a peaceful day- and got to say things without being wrong for once-
When did this day without women happen?
I saw two Women on a corner with a 1/2 dozen high school, Junior High and elementary students standing with them, all shouting some nonsense that no one was listening too. Was that all there was. Sounds like a spectacular fizzle to me
I would call it, “The World’s Biggest Fishing Trip.”
>>A Weekend Without Men:
That’s what I propose.<<
Football season is sooner than you think :)
In a world without men, jars don’t get opened and spiders rule the planet.
Sounds like the scariest sci-fi horror movie ever. :-)
I’d pay to see it! :-)
Hardly the first step, maybe the millionth.
