I could use some prayers, I just got walloped with a bad cold last night. doctoring it and feel a little better, i almost never get sick to this degree. pretty much did nothing today except rest, sleep, pee, take vitamins and supplements, and take care of my pets.

Seriously, Cold Eze works like a charm
and I usually double up on the vitamins too.
If it’s really bad, nyquil and a warm bed
and sleep through the worst of it.
