During the Secretary of State’s browbeating Israel speech this morning, he stuck his tongue out, often bizarrely, dozens times during the roughly 73-minute address.

here's what I found......"We describe intermittent or sustained severe involuntary tongue protrusion in patients with a dystonic syndrome. Speech, swallowing, and breathing difficulties can be severe enough to be life threatening. Causes include neuroacanthocytosis, pantothenate kinase-associated neurodegeneration, Lesch-Nyhan syndrome, and postanoxic and tardive dystonia. The pathophysiology of intermittent severe tongue protrusion remains unknown. Tongue protrusion dystonia is often unresponsive to oral drugs but may benefit from botulinum toxin injections into the genioglossus muscle. Bilateral deep brain pallidal stimulation was beneficial in two cases.

I think a whole lot of that wasn’t his call if you take a look at his tone when he talked about different issues some big disparities came out. He tried to keep from rolling his eyes during a lot of that (it looks like) and ended up sticking out his tongue instead (I guess).
The whole speech felt like it was being delivered by a guy who was cognizant that any credibility he had left was crashing all around him.

Why that damned fool, obama, chose this caricature of a TV monster (as in Lurch) to go forth and present the face of America to the world is beyond me.
Perhaps, obama is of the opinion that if his muslim lovers direct their disgust toward this wretched creature, they'll not throw as much feces on him.
In any event, he is a poor, poor representative of our United States, but, just like Hillary, selected to depress, rather than impress.
Obama is a real piece of shit, as is Kerry.

The last 4 years of Dubya were pretty rough but man, a Kerry presidency would have been disastrous.
