Suckers. There's one born every minute in DUmmieland. And with the latest Jill Stein scam they are proving to be incredibly gullible suckers, especially after being so brutally scammed by BBV Bev Harris a dozen years ago. This time Stein has claimed that she has received almost $7 million in donations for recounts in three states. Okay, so Wisconsin just sent the recount bill to Jill and now she is whining that she doesn't have the money and has asked her supporters to send her $2.4 million MORE by the deadline today at 5:30 PM EST. So who would be so stupid as to send her more money? DUMMIES!!!

Greg Palist was on Randi Rhodes yesterday saying he thought the recount would reverse the vote in W. He said he is in touch with Jill's lawyers - I think they know way more than we know.

For the same reason that everyone has to pay to protect their Civil Rights. I remember a song from long ago, from a troop of singers. They would come out with their opener, "Freedom isn't Free." And they're right. This country talks about Civil Right in the abstract. But, in the concrete, real world, our American Rights have been privatized. You want them? You'll have to pay a lawyer, eventually, in order to exercise them.

Even if some of us don't trust Jill Stein. This may be our only hope...I plan to donate more later today when I get home from work.

it's really disingenuous of Jill Stein to claim that they don't have the money. They're raised nearly $7 million already to fund the recounts in WI/MI/PA and associated legal fees, which is more than enough to cover this new increased fee up front. Honestly, this massive hypocrisy is why she gained no traction - she accuses other candidates of being disingenuous (using the same "proof" that the GOP has been pushing for 40 years), then turns around and does exactly the thing she just accused someone else of.

Michigan has certified the vote, so Jill can waste every bit of cash she has on a recount. Michigan is “over-and-done” and Jill is SOL. Trump wins the EC.
Penn has said “NO” to her petition. Trumps STILL wins the EC.
Wisc. can recount and even possibly “flip blue” but, it doesn’t change the EC advantage of DJT.
