Fox News commentator Sean Hannity said that until journalists admit to colluding with Hillary Clintons campaign, President-elect Donald Trump should reconsider granting traditional access to reporters.
Trump can do this and speak directly to you, the America people, without having his words twisted and taken out of context, Hannity said on his Fox show Tuesday night, noting that the president-elect had put out a video announcing a plan for executive actions in his first 100 days in office. "Why not do that?
Pointing to stolen emails from Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, Hannity said those assigned to cover the former secretary of states campaign had failed to uphold the most basic requirements of their jobs.
So until members of the media come clean about colluding with the Clinton campaign and admit that they knowingly broke every ethical standard they are supposed to uphold, they should not have the privilege, they should not have the responsibility of covering the president on behalf of you, the American people," added Hannity.

If, on the other hand, he felt it necessary to have a press corps, he should grant passes to Breitbart, Infowars, Daily Caller, etc., and pull the passes from hoaxers like WaPo, MSNBC, and CNN (as well as Politico).
AMEN Sean AMEN!!!
Agreed. Unless and until journalists admit the bias and propaganda, disclose their affiliations, whether paid or not, they should not be given access. The media companies themselves should be challenged to state their position on this and to enforce it. Until then, no access.
Oh here is one for you.
* Let them know traditional media will be trimmed back 50%
* Those in it, have to put their media firms name in a lottery to be drawn.
* The other 50 comes from "New Media" and they have to do a lottery for themselves as well.
Oh can you imagine the squealing piglet noises we'd here with that!!!
50/50 is too fair. 75/25 new media/old media is fair. The same MSM. One out of 4 works for me.

MSM SAVES OBAMA FROM ROMNEY
(HAT TIP FREEPER TRAVIS MCGEE) "Most viewers of the New Hampshire Republican primary debate wondered why ABC-NEWS debate moderator George Stephanopoulos kept asking seemingly off-topic questions about the candidates views."
Georgio's "gotcha" question to Obama's opponent, Mr Romney, about birth control, lasted weeks on the news cycle, even though it was not an issue anywhere in the US.
We now know White House War Room General Valerie Jarrett had coached hard-left suckups like Georgio to deliver the administration's talking points and strategic memes via the debate format....colluding in the effort to dupe America voters.
Clearly Democrat suck-up boychik Georgio could be depended upon. After all, he was a ruthless factotum in the Clinton White House He did not "just happen" to pick debate questions calculated to boost Democrats. He was coached by cunning Obama White House conspirators and colluded with them to get the job done on ABC-TV.

They were leaked. LEAKED. So now the press is going to get on a moral high-horse and be against leaked documents? I mean, they idolize Woodward and Berstein, the Pentagon Papers. The vaunted Texas Air National Guard memo which purported (fraudulently) to have damning evidence against George W. Bush was LEAKED. I never recall these things ever being described as 'stolen'.
DO freeze out the DNC operatives, masquerading as the Press. The leaked emails show the true extent of infiltration. Anyone named in those chains should have credentials permanently revoked.
Absolutely. The level of hand in glove coordination between the media and the Dems shown by Wikileaks is shocking even for those of us who always knew the lying media was in the tank for the Left. Donald needn’t give them the time of day.
I am in 100% agreement with Sean.
The President Elect does not need the press, they need him screwem Donald, use You Tube and Twitter and the hell with the ny slimes, their ilk and their minions.
Trump can do this and speak directly to you.
Capital idea to hell with the press they only spin and dilute and twist the truth and add their agenda to a speech.
Freeze out the propagandists.

Thanks, Ron Paul.
Trump should yank ABC/NBC/CBS/PBS/NPR broadcast licenses for a full 6 months to a year whilst forming an UN AMERICAN committee to look into biased reporting. While the committee “looks into it”, the above agencies can clean house. (hopefully it breaks them forever).
Can you show me the part of the 1A that establishes a White House Press Corps?
They left it out of my part of the Constitution...

What I think President Trump can do is to insist on fair coverage. Along the lines of: "All you news sources who had 8 years of liberal coverage of Obama, I will give press passes to conservatives who work for you. After 8 years, when we have balanced the coverage, my successor will give press passes 50-50."
Maybe Breitbart will end up a cable news channel. They can go out and buy OAN and RSBN.
...and explain the steps they will take to prevent a repeat occurrence...
Until the CEO’S of the alphabet news networks are replaced he should not grant them access. Then only grant access if the new CEO demonstrates the ability to be fair and honest.
I think Trump SHOULD give access to reporters...but only if they’ve been working the past 3 years or so in media markets of under 250,000 people.
Let the big boys deal with that.
