(Vanity) The Time Has Come, The Whiskers Said, To Speak of Many Things (edited)

Of Wikileaks, and Project Veritas, The Enquirer, and Things.

So, by now almost everyone has heard of the Wikileaks emails.

Julian Assange has been holed up in the Ecuadorian embassy overseas, fighting extradition on a charge of sexual assault up in Sweden.

There have been a steady stream of drips of emails from Wikileaks, involving John Pedestal (Hillary heavy) and various-and-sundry.

The Obama administration, and the Clinton campaign, have been going crazy trying to figure out how to suppress, discredit, or stop the leaks, or at least change the subject. They figured with the Octopussy scandal hitting Trump, the election was theirs for the taking.

But not only did Trump fight back during the second debate (”Because you’d be in Jail !” will likely be studied for years as the sentence that won a Presidency)...but the emails from Assange starting getting Hillary in hot water. Deep Hot Water.

So much so that *somebody* apparently crossed a line. A day or two back, Wikileaks published the contents of some of Hillary’s Goldman-Sucks speeches.

Shortly thereafter, the Internet exploded with rumors about Assange, from the bizarre (he had been poisoned by a meal served by Pamela Anderson) to the merely alarmist (he had been arrested and extradited). These rumors were made worse by the posting of a series of cryptic messages, mistakenly identified as a “dead-man’s switch” but actually a series of hash keys — used to identify and authenticate other files.

What happened is that Ecuador’s embassy cut off Assange’s internet access. Other members of Wikileaks apparently took over the job of posting, and the leaks resumed today.

One may look through Twitter, Reddit, or elsewhere on the web for the contents of the emails, (and some the FBI released on their own), but a couple of interesting points come through.

First...none of these emails seem to have anything about either Yoga or Chelsea’s wedding. (Hillary had said the deleted emails from her private server were about Yoga, but let's face it, her memory is not what it was. Come to think of it, it wasn't much back then either. How many times did she say "I can't remember!" during the Whitewater hearings?) In fact, some of the emails discuss which of the emails are already possessed by the Congressional committee investigating Hillary’s illegal server, and how many must be turned over (https://wikileaks.com/podesta-emails/emailid/12539); some discuss whether they have to mention the President’s emails (he said he didn’t know about the server, so how could he have been emailing to that address?) (https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/9545); one actually revealed that the ODNI and the Inspector General of the State Dept. had determined at least one of the emails on Hillary’s server — one about *NORTH KOREA* — was in fact Top Secret. The Wikileaks email showed that someone at the State Dept. had contacted a Hillary lackey and mentioned this to them; during the email chain, Podesta(*) had said, this isn’t good for Hillary, we’ll get the New York Times to bury it on the back page with news about the locals (https://wikileaks.com/podesta-emails/emailid/10587)

Oh, and there is an email discussing about some Benghazi information to be discussed during the hearings, and to contact a couple of guys from the AP (Matt Lee or Bradley Klapper) with the story before the Republicans on the committee discover what a hot potato they have(https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/9272); and another one where the Clinton Communications director is invited to a fancy dinner at the home of Meet The Press’s Chuck Todd (https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/13686); and another one where Pollutico’s Glenn Thrush asks a Clinton official to vet one of his stories, asking him not to tell anyone (https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/12681, f-bomb in text).

And, after all this, comes the news that a high-up at State(why did I wince when I found out his last name was Kennedy?) had a discussion with folks from the FBI, raising the possibility of posting to plum overseas assignments in return for reclassifying emails. Oh, and a little group called “Correct The Record” which kind of acted like Journalist, except that it admitted employing some 15,000 internet trolls. More on them later.

So a couple of notes.

1) The Democrats sure are inconsistent. Remember during the 2008 campaign where they had Tina Fey make fun of Sarah Palin, saying “...and I can see Russia from my house?” (and many Democrats to this day still believe Palin really said that). And then during the 2012 campaign, the line against Romney was, “The 1980s called, they want their foreign policy back” ?

Why is it the Dems are blaming Wikileaks on RUSSIAN hackers?

2) And, if the Russians DID hack the servers, the Dems are admitting that Hillary’s private server DID make us less safe. How can they protect us from anything else if they can’t even guard their own illegal conduct, even by using a secret hush-hush clandestine server?

3) And if it really WAS the Russians, why did Assange’s Internet have to get cut? That wouldn’t stop Putin or whatever he re-named the KGB, would it?

“The Russians can see EVERYTHING from my server!”

Now, onto other news.

Project Veritas is the brainchild of one James O’Keefe, infamous for such things as voting under the name of Eminem in Detroit, of showing up as a pimp with underaged prostitutes at a Planned Parenthood office and getting advice, of exposing the voter fraud group ACORN.

This time, he has run a major undercover operation, which he said involved more than eight people and taken over a year, to infiltrate various Democrat groups and let them run their mouths.

The videos were to be released starting Oct. 17 and run for a number of days, depending on the response to them.

The first video showed a number of Dem operatives, talking about how they trained and infiltrated Trump rallies back to last spring; they had a number of tactics. One of them was called “Birddogging”and involved putting a Democrat plant in the line at say 6:00 AM so they’d be in the front to ask Trump an embarrassing question on camera. But that wasn’t the worst. They also spoke of training to infiltrate agitators INTO the crowds to provoke people, always outside the perimeter (lest they come under the authority of the Secret Service), so that they could spread the meme (with the help of the Dem Ministry of Propaganda, the press) that Trump supporters were dangerous and violent. They explicitly, by name, took credit for the violence which caused Trump to cancel his rally at the University of Illinois, Chicago; of the rally in North Carolina where the woman in the wheelchair got punched; and the protest which blocked the street in Arizona for hours, outside the Trump rally in Fountain Hills. They showed the name of the woman protester involved there; an external search of records shows her having been paid some $1600 by the Clinton campaign for something or other.

Oh, and someone on the tape explained that they always made sure to pay the doctor bills and legal bills for their protestors.

One of the guys on the tape, Scott Foval, got fired the same night. The statement released by the organization, "Americans for Change" said:

"AMERICANS FOR CHANGE HAS ALWAYS OPERATED ACCORDING TO THE HIGHEST ETHICAL AND LEGAL STANDARDS. SCOTT FOVAL IS NO LONGER ASSOCIATED WITH AMERICANS FOR CHANGE."

OK.

They why was his boss, Robert Creamer, convicted of a felony for a $2.3 million bank fraud? He spent 5 months in Federal Prison in 2006.

There’s *much* worse, just watch the tape on YouTube. Over 3 million views at this writing:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5IuJGHuIkzY

The next video, openly talks about voter fraud. I haven’t watched it you. But I notice that the Twitter hashtag #DrainTheSwamp has caught fire since it was released. The link is here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hDc8PVCvfKs

Another guy associated with this stuff, Robert Creamer, has resigned. But what’s fun is that Creamer has been shown to have visited the White House over 200 times. And his Boss, Robert Creamer, wrote for the Huffington Post...AND...was the one convicted of the $2.3 million fraud.

Oh, and the guys on these videos, are the ones who run “Correct the Record” with the 15,000 internet trolls.

Oh, and in case I forgot to mention it...he's married to a SITTING US Congresswoman, from Illinois, Rep. Jan Schakowsky. I'll let you guess which party she belongs to.

And NOW, the National Enquirer with the Front Page News of Hillary’s fixer who arranged multiple sexual trysts for her, with both men and woman, and helped trash Monica Lewinsky, and *more*. (It is the Enquirer which broke the news of Silky Pony, 2004 Dem VP Candidate Jonathan Edwards, and his mistress, Rielle Hunter: which the press decried as tabloid smears, unworthy of their notice: until it was proved true. Kind of like the Drudge Report with Monica Lewinsky).

Why do Dem sex scandals get ignored, but made-up Republican scandals get full time coverage?

Probably for the same reason that 96% of campaign contributions from journalists went to the Clinton campaign.

Something to think about.

And, one other very last extra-special point which didn't occur to me until late this evening. Usually, the Democrats circle the wagons, they sound out their flying monkeys (Bill Clinton sending out people like James Carville and/or Lanny Davis over Monica Lewinsky; Al Gore's "No Controlling Legal Authority" over ice-tea lunches and donations from Buddhists; Whitewater; the whole IRS thing where (if I remember), other computers under subpoena got wiped, like with a cloth.

But in this scandal, both the people were fired or quit INSTANTLY.

How come?

(*) My autocorrect keeps changing this to "Pedestal" when I'm not looking. If I had a bit more tin-foil, I'd think that was Microsoft making a donation-in-kind to the Hillary campaign.

excellent article. I know it says vanity but damn, this should be on top of the breaking news. I liked the auto correct to pedestal, made me chuckle. was about to post when you pulled it. Way to connect the dots.

Wikileaks sure knocked podesta of his pedestal.

Love the post. One small item.

Another guy associated with this stuff, Robert Creamer, has resigned.

The precise verbiage is that he has "stepped back."

He recognizes that him on video committing felonies is bad, but he's still too important to the overall machine of corpulescent incestuous oozing corrupt scumbaggery to actually throw himself under the bus.

"Wikileaks sure knocked podesta of his pedestal."

Say it out loud to yourself.

"Podesta" sounds like what you might land on if someone knocked you off a "pedestal."

He's been walking through life with a ticking onomatopoeiabomb.

"Julian struck John with such force that he landed with a decisive thud on his podesta."

Very good summary!

One little confusing part where the names got fumbled up and I think one was lost:

Another guy associated with this stuff, Robert Creamer, has resigned. But what’s fun is that Creamer has been shown to have visited the White House over 200 times. And his Boss, Robert Creamer, wrote for the Huffington Post...AND...was the one convicted of the $2.3 million fraud.

Paper ballots. Purple fingers. Local sworn officers trained and instructed to spot common irregularities among poll workers and voters when working their details. Simple. All that is needed is the will of Federal Government to make it happen. No computers. Worked in Iraq.
