I see that President-Stompy-Foot-in-Waiting got her special Mine-is-Bigger-Than-Yours podium for tonight’s battle of the tongues.
Along with a soap box to stand on.
“Lectern Power Supply” – makes you wonder what power is in this box that Hillary will be standing on.
Although in reality the slight of hand to make Hilz appear to be on par with her opponent requires some reverse engineering: the Hilz podium is actually smaller in stature with a yuge litter lifter box for her to stand on in order to make her appear – scale wise – as large as The Donald.
And do not think for one moment that Hillary won’t be on her game tonight. Just as some women spend their younger years planning their wedding, Hillary has spent her entire life preparing to be president.

And nobody knows the value of optics better than the Clintons. Trust me, she will be on her game: plumped, pumped, waxed and shined.

So - after claiming there would be no stools, no podium adjustments and no little boosts from the moderators – we now have proof that this debate will harken back to the good old Candy Crowley days of media “neutrality.”

Power supply? Seriously, Trump should walk in first and take that podium.
No platforms are allowed. Hillary has lobbied for a platform or chairs to diminish Trump’s height advantage. She was denied. I wish some of these blogs would do at least minimal research before posting something which could be disproved so easily.
. . . and comply when told that was for Hillary.
Then again, this really is unsurprising for modern so-called "liberals" and democrats. They are all about perception over substance, labels, artificially imposed "fairness" etc.

She can only be on her game as much as modern medicine will allow. Dr. McCoy isn’t going to suddenly appear from the 23rd century and give her a shot of “super smart and healthy”.
Thing is, I firmly believe she needs the drugs to not go weird, but the drugs cause other problems. There is no early 21st century medical way to make her look both healthy AND normal for 90 minutes.

That was a fabulous skit. I thought Hillary’s angry rant last week was reminiscent.

What difference does it make? A lot.
Tall people need taller podiums in order to write and read their notes unless they have 15-15 vision. Seems like the Trump campaign should insist on equality or at the least specify how he would like his made to accommodate his stature and needs.
Just the opposite. We Deplorables should make a joke, and spread it as far as we can, that hillary doesn't feel adequate unless she has a kiddie-sized podium.
Platforms not allowed but what about power boxes. They have to put that unfinished ugly box somewhere out of sight . . .why not behind her podium.

Another example of liberals unable to deal with reality. She didn’t demand equal height during her debates with Obama.
I wonder if he will be required (per Sam Kinison), to hand it over so she can put it in her purse until the debate is over! “You won’t be needing that!” Snap! Bwahahaha!
Sickery asked for a box to stand on and was told no by the debate commission. She can stand behind her modified podium but not on a step.
I’m reminded of the hilarious Andy Kaufman skit where he plays a talk show host, interviewing his guest (Marilou Henner) from a platform (like a judge).....if someone knows how to posts links it’s on youtube
