So, Molon Lave Me, and, Rock and Goad, and all that, hooraw, yeehaw, and etc., but, if ever-well a better way, would be to find a better way
Hi there, Prepper.
Ready for the Zombie Apocalypse?
Got your off-the-grid, bugout bag and property and shelter all tricked out with the latest in alarms, freeze-dried food, barbed wire, and see-in-the-dark scopes?
Got the camo, ballistic vest with the water bladder, 300 rounds of 7.62 or 5.56 ammo inside 10 magazines? Is that the vest with the built in holster for the Glock 21 with 13 rounds in the grip, plus two extra loaded magazines? You gonna wear all that and carry the 25 lb pack loaded with survival gear and hard, sharp goodies, and the 8 or 10 lb rifle with the clip on flashlight, red dot scope, side-flip magnifier, built in bipod, and suppressor?
“You clearly missed the entire point of my post.”
No, I didn’t. I’ve had this same conversation a hundred times on this forum, and have heard every argument on both sides, over and over again.
I simply can’t fit my entire point of view into one post. If we keep talking, we’ll eventually find common ground, I’m sure.
While I agree, I believe what we will see is simply more of the status quo. As I mentioned in my earlier diatribe, the government knows that the status quo is what keeps people happy. As a result, they will continue to do whatever is in their power to continue the status quo, for the most part.
It's the "let them eat cake" mentality. As long as they have Dancing with the Stars to watch, or the big game, and a big screen TV to watch it on, and a slightly decent place to secure that big screen TV, and a job to pay the cable bill, or welfare, the people are less likely to revolt. Therefore, even if Hitlery is elected, which I really don't believe she will be (as you point out, millions of Americans are ready to vote as if their lives depended on it), the government won't change a whole lot for the average joe voter - the focus will be on maintaining the status quo across the board, though I do believe Conservatives will come under fire quite a bit.
Five hundred rounds per weapon; each stored separately so when the they come to get your weapons, if any are left off the list you wouldn’t go near them. Weapons registration may snag some or all your weapons, but if you still have the ammo you can barter.
