I’ve tried it brushing my teeth. It stains the gums BLACK.
Not a good look. So, I use Arm & Hammer baking soda &
hydrogen peroxide or Uncle Harry’s tooth powder with
white pearl powder added to it. - I avoid fluoride.
That can be said of anything one buys.

I did that almost two years ago.
Bentonite can be used also like charcoal. Use it for a month and lots of crud will come out.
Tumeric did nothing for me. Took a large dose every evening for nearly 3 months.
Try 3-4 beet root capsules a day. Took me a month but of a sudden my back pain has been reduced to just a mild aggravation instead of knife-in-the-back spasms. Blood pressure down to 135/60. (I'm 83, and like the old Timex ads - "Takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin')
Interesting, my kids were given charcoal in the ER...They were very young (under 3) and had gotten into suitcases that had mothballs in the pockets...Since we really could not determine if they had ingested the mothballs, they got “ipecac-ed” and given charcoal for cleansing and absorbing any remaining mothball chemicals.

in fact, when you are getting enough turmeric you will start craving pepper
plus you have to also stop eating all the bad things, or no amount of turmeric (or anything) will help

Tumeric does not work for everyone. That’s the point.
